This place is being ran by a bunch of crooks! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! The girl Kim is lazy and incompetent plus involved in fraud. I applied online and was not called until 2 days later by Kim at the Pittsburg RAC.She said to come into the store in Pittsburg and fill out an application. I was interested in the washer and dryer set but she said they didn't have any in store and didn't know when they would get an order. But she would process my application and get me approved and to expect a call back. I did not hear back for days so I went into the store again. Kim said she still had not processed my application it's now 10 days after I applied. I left and I began to call other stores to see if I could find a competent knowledgeable employee or store who carried the set I was looking for. It turns out Fairfield had the set! I was able to fine it because I called around. Kim needs a lot of training and has no understanding of customer service and seemed scatterbrained everytime I spoke to her. Everytime I spoke to her she talked about people stealing furniture, people are doing fraud, people are created fake identification and they had $10k worth of furniture last month taken in fraud! This is completely unprofessional not to mention she insinuated I was even suspect of attempting fraud. Kim told me her roommate did fraud at this store even. I called the Pittsburg store and spoke to a guy named Anthony and asked could I please get another sales associate because Kim has done NOTHING. He attempted to help after I told him I called Fairfield and found the washer/dryer but again Kim called me back to say she contacted Fairfield (after I had to call them 1st)to come in and sign the contract, finally! Kim then said I'd have to wait another 10 days to get delivery! This is when I contacted corporate to report this corrupt place and let them know the type of person they have working there. Kim talked about nothing but FRAUD and IDENTITY THEFT. DO NOT GO HERE. Plus she charged me $75 more than the online price, online said make a purchase and it would be delivered the next day, then why did I have to wait 10 days? Corporate escalated it to district manager and I'm waiting for his call as a write this review. I let Kim know I contacted corporate. She called me back to say shes cancelling my contract because of all the problems I'm causing her and for me to come get a refund. I will be calling corporate again tomorrow. This place lacks basic business ethics and seriously needs to do drug and background checks on their employees. read more
