Incredible! I was in…read moreneed of someone to fix our washing machine, but when I came across ED Services site and reviews I figured I would ask if they could look at my dryer and electric stove top too. I was so kindly greeted on the phone, clearly told what the price for a visit would be and an appointment was made same day. Washing Machine: Nick ran all the error codes on my washer to figure out what the problem was and discovered it was simply a leaky door seal. His honesty was refreshing. Dryer: I was worried the lint was incredibly backed up and needed to be cleared. Also our vent hose had come off and needed to be re-attached. Again, with quick precision Nick completely dis-asembled our dryer, vacuuming out the dust, dirt and debri that had collected inside. He washed and dried the drum and re-attached the hose. He cleaned the entire vent hose and inside of the dryer free from lint. Electric Stove Top: a year or so ago two of the burners stopped working. We figured with the stovetop being 25 years old it had just gotten old. Nick inspected the entire system and discovered the two burners had gone out because a short had occurred and burned up where the electric chord connects to the control panel. Because of the age of our stove top he said he and his office would try and track down a replacement control panel and once they did they would reach out to let us know. I was so impressed by the honesty and hard work ED Services offered. His patience and friendliness also put me at ease. We will absolutely be calling them out again for any other appliance issues, should they arise.

On 8/24/222 a man named David came to my house and was very aggressive asking for my debit card I told him I'm on automatic payments and they already have that and with the way he spoke to me from the beginning I didn't feel comfortable with him at my house. He said I was behind on payments and again I told him I'm set up on auto draft and then showed him my bank statement on my phone where it had been taken out . He again got agreeive and came closer to me so I turned around and went in my house and locked the door. I then waited for him to drive away and went up to the local store to tell them how I felt and that I would like to cancel my rental agreement the lady named Tracy behind the desk began to tell at me because I explained the man had made me very uncomfortable she stayed it was her dad and began defending him. I saw this was becoming very heated and other employees were coming out to see why she was yelling so I told her either come get the bedroom stuff or it would be on the curb whatever they wanted . At this time I turned to walk out of the store because I was not able to speak due to this person yelling and cussing. As I walked out she followed me yelling to never come back in her store again and I was a bitch. I continued to walk out of the store because I knew this person was to angry to even have a conversation. As I walked out she followed me to my car still yelling and threatening me. I got in my car while she was still screaming before I could lock my door she pulled my car door open and told me to get out of my car so we could fight. At this point I grabbed my door and tried to shut it but she had a hold of it so when I did get it almost shut she pulled it back open. At this point the David man cam over to see what was going on and physically pulled this woman away from my car the entire time she was screaming to get out of my car so we can fight once he pulled her away from the car I shut my door and drove off. Two different men did come to my house later to get everything and we're very polite and apologized for the woman's behavior. I did report this to the police and corporate but have not heard anything from Aaron's at this time

I have had a very bad experience with window installation for Anderson series 100 windows by Home…read moreDepot. I ordered my windows in March 2025. They came to measure. I was told they would be installed in June 2025. Come July I called them to ask where my windows were and learned that the windows were not ordered. I paid for the windows and installation in March 2025. They called in October 2025 and scheduled installation. They did not send all the parts so they couldn't install the front window. When they brought the windows one double on the front was not the right size. The window in the back had the wrong grid pattern and another back window was not built correctly. It was a 50/50 window and was supposed to be a 9 over 6. Another 3 month wait. They brought new glass for the back window and installed the other back window. This time the grid pattern did not match on the back window and the front window did not fit again. Another 3 month wait. They brought new glass for the back window and finally that was right. when they went to install the front window it did not fit again. Another 3 month wait. They brought the new front window again and it did not fit. Another 3 month wait. We are into March 2026 now (1 year later) and the job is not completed. They brought the rebuilt front window again the first week of June 2026 and it did not fit again. Each time the window was remeasured by the installation crew. It will soon be a year and a half after I paid for the windows and I still don't have the largest window in the front of the house. I called the rep the day the installers were here and he has yet to return my call. I am not sure Home Depot is able to complete the job at this point. If someone from corporate reads this I would appreciate you contacting me and tell me what to do. I just want my windows that I paid for over a year ago. I am a patient person but this is a nightmare.

Well, turns out, it's not available that often so I only got enough to do one small guest room in Cottage #1 The other thing that is super annoying about this HD is they don't have a tool rental department. If you want to rent a piece of speciality equipment you have to go to Sherman for that. So that is where we go mostly. We go to Sherman. Their Home Depot is better & has a equipment rental. We only use this small location for little things and lawn care/nursery.
