When my grandmother noticed the tear (it was on the bottom...she noticed it while looking for a lost item) she called the store to see about getting it fixed and was given contact information to some woman that works there. Never got her name. My Granma was texting this woman back and forth from JULY TO SEPTEMBER and was not given an answer until the end of September. She text numerous times..I went through the texts myself. She kept asking if something was going to be done about the couch, she just needed an answer and this woman told her atleast five times that she would call her the following day..and she never did. She gave my grandmother excuses that family members were having health issues, my grandmother asked if there was someone else she could speak with..no answer. My grandmother was extremely nice, even checked in about this unknown woman's family WHILE HER OWN HUSBAND WAS DYING IN THE HOSPITAL FROM LUNG CANCER. She was finally told that she would be responsible for half of the repairs for the couch even though the damage was done by their delivery guy. Which is crazy but that's not the main issue. The issue is that it took so long to get some kind of resolution. I have all the texts from this unknown employee. We all have sick people, if she could not handle this one customer issue she should have found someone that could.

Once it was determined it needed expensive repairs, it was suggested a good used dryer as a replacement. Employee Donny helped us from beginning to end. He helped me pick out everything we needed . He was friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable. He reminded me of a few things I had forgotten I would need that I would have missed without his help. He carried a huge galvanized tank to the register and out to my vehicle for me. He even loaded it and other heavy items into my vehicle for me. I am so grateful for his help especially since I had 3 little kids in tow.
