Prices are a LITTLE high compared to what you're going to find online, but the customer service and immediate availability more than makes up for it. The selection is something that rivals FYE in its hayday with a much smaller footprint and you're going to still find some really obscure titles which is just wonderful. I worked out a great deal with Darrell. The company emailed me the price which was not what Darrell and I had discussed. I replied to the email and never heard back. I text him and never heard back. Finally I called him and he assured me the price would be what we discussed. In party day I got a text about 30 minutes before they would be late to the party because they were having generator issues. Ok, no problem, I understand machines can break, so I said what time do you think you will be here? I do have to entertain kids at a party after all. Once again no response. Finally I hear back they aren't going to make it because they got a new generator but the driver of the van left with the keys. I'm not sure who runs this company, but I'd guess no one is really "running" it. They offered to make it up to me some how, but after asking a way for them to do that, no response again.
