    After calling around to some mobile RV technicians without getting through to any of them I called…read moreand talked with Adam about the issue I'm having with our slide system. Right after I talked to him he came over to the campground where we're staying to take a look. After trying to open the slide and seeing that the top corner was stuck he told me that I would need to take the RV to a shop to have it repaired and that no one around would want to do the job of getting the slide open in the field. The next day I had another technician take a look at our motorhome. He was able to put the slide system into manual mode and got the slide opened in about 15 minutes. Adam charged me $100 for the service call even though he wasn't able to do anything to fix the slide. I'm happy to pay for someone's time but as easily as the other technician got the slide opened I feel for $100 Adam should have known the manual mode procedures even if he didn't have the experience to complete that actual repairs needed. While Adam does answer his phone when a call comes in and was quick to respond he didn't have the experience I needed to get the slide on our motorhome opened and repaired.

Adam answered the call. Adam said he needed to come to our RV, diagnose the problem and take pictures so that he could send the pictures to warranty with the claim. This was the last time we saw Adam. My husband called Adam after not hearing anything for 3 days to ask the status and when he might be returning for the repairs. With a nasty attitude Adam said, "I told you when I hear something, you will hear something." My husband thanked him and ended the call. With ALL prior repairs warranty responded to claims issued within 24 hours. 3 more days passed and still we hadn't heard from him. My Husband called because we couldn't understand why it was taking so long. No answer. So he texted him. Adam would not respond. I called 1 or 2 days later. After just 2 minutes I could tell he had a serious anger control problem. I am trained to deal with peooke like this so I handled him with kid gloves. Ultimately, he said he was waiting to hear back from warranty and like he told my husband, he couldn't do anything until he hears from them. We called warranty and they said they immediately approved the claim for the awning motor & denied the claim for the hot water heater due to rust Upon receipt of the claims. So Adam had us waiting for nothing. We now believe he never planned on returning. We immediately hired another repair service & all went as smooth as previous repairs. What we discovered from the new repair man is that Adam cut all of our wires in the wrong place and cut them so that they were too short to be useful any longer. The new repair man didn't know any reason why he would cut the wires, if he was just there to diagnose the problem and neither do we. On top of this, he never said a word to us about it. I strongly suggest others do not take a chance on this company

    I have rented from them for several years, and I prayed about giving this review because I don't…read morenormally do them but I would hate to know by not telling this someone got injured. On 8/24/222 a man named David came to my house and was very aggressive asking for my debit card I told him I'm on automatic payments and they already have that and with the way he spoke to me from the beginning I didn't feel comfortable with him at my house. He said I was behind on payments and again I told him I'm set up on auto draft and then showed him my bank statement on my phone where it had been taken out . He again got agreeive and came closer to me so I turned around and went in my house and locked the door. I then waited for him to drive away and went up to the local store to tell them how I felt and that I would like to cancel my rental agreement the lady named Tracy behind the desk began to tell at me because I explained the man had made me very uncomfortable she stayed it was her dad and began defending him. I saw this was becoming very heated and other employees were coming out to see why she was yelling so I told her either come get the bedroom stuff or it would be on the curb whatever they wanted . At this time I turned to walk out of the store because I was not able to speak due to this person yelling and cussing. As I walked out she followed me yelling to never come back in her store again and I was a bitch. I continued to walk out of the store because I knew this person was to angry to even have a conversation. As I walked out she followed me to my car still yelling and threatening me. I got in my car while she was still screaming before I could lock my door she pulled my car door open and told me to get out of my car so we could fight. At this point I grabbed my door and tried to shut it but she had a hold of it so when I did get it almost shut she pulled it back open. At this point the David man cam over to see what was going on and physically pulled this woman away from my car the entire time she was screaming to get out of my car so we can fight once he pulled her away from the car I shut my door and drove off. Two different men did come to my house later to get everything and we're very polite and apologized for the woman's behavior. I did report this to the police and corporate but have not heard anything from Aaron's at this time
