However the legs where wrong. I spoke to the Clermont store to associates Chris, Julie and the Manger trying to get the correct legs. The manager and I have tried several times on Tuesday and Wednesday to get a hold of Home Delivery which send you to a voicemail where the voicemail is full, so you can't leave a message, obviously no one is getting calls returned. On Wednesday I spoke to the Manger. He stayed that he could to have a new wedge to me on the May 2nd, while I did not refuse that, I do have family coming in prior to that and needed to be able to use the sectional. I mean really how hard is it to get me the right legs prior to Friday. They wanted to deliver either the legs or a new wedge, the manager wasn't really sure which one, on Friday when no one was home. My husband is home Thursday, but that day couldn't be guaranteed. Seriously! The managers solution was to take the legs from the floor model so I could have it in time for use when family came in. I told him fine and that my husband would be there after work. When my husband arrived the legs were not ready and Julie had to call the manager to fine out if it ok. They did it with an attitude! My husband let Julie know we still found the solution unacceptable and we still wanted new legs. #customerfail #badcockhomefurniture #horriblecustomerservice

I could easily find the bay where the locks were located. There was a handy doorbell style button you could click to request assistance. A man showed up (I feel terrible that I forgot his name) and he asked how he could help. I asked him about their service to make two deadbolts work with 1 key. He was unsure so he called their resident expert, Danyielle over to help. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She actually informed me that Lowe's will rekey at no additional cost if you purchase the locks there in the store. But it wasn't necessary anyway since she was able to show me how I could find two deadbolts that were already keyed alike. She was kind and educated me which I think is invaluable for any shopping experience for home improvement. Pro tip: call your Lowe's ahead of time if you know you'll need help with something very specific like rekeying locks (as I thought I needed). I had called multiple stores because they usually only have a handful of employees that can rekey. This is what lead me out of my way to this particular Lowe's. But honestly, both employees were much more helpful than I have experienced as other locations, so this location feels worth the trek for me.

Appliance USA Services Corp engaged in a pattern of deceptive and unfair business practices in…read moreconnection with the repair of my LG refrigerator. The company knowingly charged me over $800 for a compressor replacement that was covered under LG's 10-year compressor warranty -- a fact they deliberately concealed. The replacement compressor was defective, resulting in repeated failures over seven months. When I sought accountability, the company refused to provide documentation, concealed ownership information, and demanded an additional $500 to continue service. Specific Deceptive Practices: 1. Concealment of Manufacturer Warranty: Failed to disclose the LG 10-year compressor warranty, inducing payment for a service that should have been free. 2. Defective Workmanship: Installed a defective compressor that failed repeatedly within the company's own warranty period. 3. Failure to Honor Own Warranty: Demanded additional payment for repairs covered under the company's 90-day service warranty. 4. Refusal to Provide Documentation: Denied my right to receive invoices, repair records, and other documentation for services paid for. 5. Concealment of Ownership: Refused to identify the business owner, contrary to Florida law requiring disclosure of ownership for registered business entities. 6. Unconscionable Pricing: Effective rate of approximately $800/hour for labor, which is excessive and unconscionable. 7. Complete Non-Responsiveness: Ignored a formal certified demand letter, demonstrating a pattern of evading consumer accountability.
