Having had a great experience with Eventricity for my wedding flowers, I thought I would post a…read morereview. I met with Eventricity two months before my wedding, not really knowing what I wanted. We had a very long meeting in which they helped me figure out what style I wanted (it turns out I am a "simple elegance" person, who knew?!). We then planned everything, item by item, and they were very patient with the time it took me to make my decisions. When Eventricity sent me their proposal a week later, they also helped me make a few modifications to make sure that it would fit our budget. Finally, when I asked whether we could add a few flowers for my hair at the very last minute, they made it sound like it was not a problem at all and generously offered those. This was really nice and somewhat unexpected! The result was beyond my expectations - the flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The lanterns I also asked to have as centerpieces were amazing, and many of our guests commented on how well everything was arranged. So overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them.

My bouquet had old and brown flowers, clearly not fresh, they never decorated my cake as they were supposed too, and also after running behind them for hours they threw 3 flowers on top. Little did we know it was actually FASCINATING; it was so fun to admire every last piece in the museum. The tram guide was great, the pre-recorded audio is helpful and interesting, and the collection is so varied and extensive that you can't help but love it. The pipe organs - fabulous. The walkable "toy box" collection was great after the tram. Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone - it was soooo fun.

Danielle met with us multiple times to understand the vision the grooms were looking for, and made many suggestions on food, amenities, etc. as we were planning for "The Big Party". On the day of the event, Danielle and her assistant showed up early and assured us that anything that was needed, they would take care of and they were true to their word! They spent the day not only making sure that our backyard looked like something out of a fairy tale, but that the grooms were getting all of the attention to detail that they wanted. They even made sure the boys ate during the party and continued to check on everything until the last guest left for the evening. The whole event was a resounding success. We were so incredibly happy with the job that Danielle and her team did, she made our son's dreams come true and that's all we could have asked for. We wholeheartedly recommend Danielle and Lilly Ryan.

Our venue provided a coordinator, but we were concerned that we would not receive the attention to detail that we were looking for. Danielle hit it out of the park! From day one, she took over managing the contracts with all of our vendors, fielded all calls and questions from them, was always available to answer our endless questions, etc. But I can honestly say that our actual wedding day would not have turned out as wonderful as it was if Danielle and her lovely assistant Fran were not on site to make sure everything went perfectly. They set everything up according to the floorplan we created together, made sure everything went as planned, broke down and boxed up everything afterwards, and then even loaded our vehicle. We were able to relax and enjoy the day fully without worrying about any of the details. I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone! As a parent, I really appreciated the amount of choice they give you when planning the activities. The space itself is amazing -- clean, colorful, and totally engaging for the kids. The party host was fantastic -- completely hands-on and involved with the children from beginning to end. She led structured games, songs, and activities that kept the kids engaged and excited, but there was also just the right amount of time carved out for free play. The balance was perfect, and every child left with a big smile. They take care of everything -- setup, cleanup, and even walking everything out to your car at the end. It allowed me to truly enjoy the day without stress, which as any parent knows, is priceless. I ordered the food through them (which was fresh and delicious) and brought my own dessert, and both were big hits. That same child bit other kids and that day and 2 more the next week. On the following Monday Lisa called me to get my side of the story and I thought apologize but instead spent the next 25/45mins berating me on the phone and trying to preach inclusivity. I have a nonverbal autistic family member and it's truly the last thing I needed to be taught or heard that day. She never once apologized to me or my daughter and I've NEVER been spoken to so POORLY by another person let alone BUSINESS OWNER. Lisa is incredibly rude and totally unprofessional. Shes a fake type of nice you should look right past. My daughter talked about being bit for months after the incident and ultimately they kicked us out because I went past both their heads and complained to cooperate about the event and the amount of dust and dirt they had for 2 years up on their rafters. (I since heard it was cleaned since they were so scared of my review) So unprofessional and dirty, I can't say enough bad things about them. Take what you want from this review but this was our experience and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to stay farrrrrr and clear from them. They also treat their employees like garbage and they had terrible staffing and turn around for new hires while we attended Zero out of zero stars
