The guy said that it was unlikely that the saw went out with a dull blade but threw the replacement on the counter saying "we'll settle this up in the end". The next morning that same guy, Hal, examining the original dull blade tried to blame the user of hitting a nail and continued condescendingly lecturing me, an experience arborist, on how it only take a second to dull a blade by touching the ground or hitting a window weight inside the wood. I replied "absolutely not" and that I would never do business there again. He replied "That right, you'll never do business here again". One star rating for poorly maintained equipment and horrible customer service.

Unfortunately for us, despite seeing the negative reviews, we were forced to go here because it was the only warranty approved service center in the area for our machine. The service is horrific and every guy who works there is incredibly rude and condescending. I can't believe a company with such bad customer service can stay in business. When we arrived, I tried my hardest to be respectful, drum up some small talk, and be nice to these guys. It didn't matter at all, they were all miserable. Even my father-in-law, who is a super sweet guy and dislikes no one on earth, hated this place. Just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for repairs or purchases. If you are forced to go here because of a warranty repair, god save your soul. Oh and in our case, they wouldn't even value the warranty and we had to pay anyways, even though the machine company told us to bring it there.

You tell her what you want and she creates it and you do have say.  My son and his wife were still at the hospital after welcoming their first baby, my grandson. I wanted to surprise them with a warm welcome home, so I ordered several yard signs and banners from Amazon, including "Welcome Home Griffin Lee," "It's a Boy," and stork signs with his birth announcement. Unfortunately, Amazon delayed all the items, and they wouldn't arrive until after the family was already home from the hospital. The surprise seemed ruined, and I was left with nothing to welcome the baby home. I reached out to other yard sign companies but received no responses. Desperate, I called Heather at Party Yards, and she was simply the best. Heather was incredibly accommodating and didn't hesitate to help. This Community center is awesome!!! They have movies in the park throughout the summer as well as…read moreconcerts. The grounds are nice, there's a playground for kids and a walking path as well.
