Speaking directly to Annemarie adds a personal touch that is so helpful. Her flexibility to tweak a menu is so comforting when you need to accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and picky kids as guests. Portions are explained and preparation is exquisite. Cooking directions are always provided if you don't hire staff members, and reheating is fool-proof. Packaging of catered food is top-notch; and pick-up is easy and organized. I have ordered from Annemarie several times recently... for small dinner parties, for big family holidays, and for special occasion. I have never been disappointed. Annemarie's Cuisine catered our grandson's high school graduation party! We had a lawn party for 80ish people. The food was displayed buffet style in the dinning room and the guests took their plates out side to eat the at tables. The food was very good with a selection of 4 different sandwich styles and salads. I especially liked how accommodating Annemarie was with allowing us to supplement with other food items of our own making and paper products in an effort to keep the costs down. What made my day and enjoyment were the wonderful ladies who provided the service/clean up. They worked very hard for the 5 hours and kept everything moving smoothly. They were absolute pros! I've used her services for business functions and have always been impressed with her creativity, fabulous food and outstanding staff. In the case of a short notice funeral luncheon, she proved to be just as exceptional! With one phone call and one email of confirming the menu and details, I didn't have to give it another thought. I would give Annemarie's Cuisine 10 stars if it was allowed! From the moment I called, Annemarie was on top of everything, helping me figure out the menu for my son's bar mitzvah at my home. She was flexible, thoughtful, and extremely detail-oriented. Her staff..not sure what you say about them other than perfect. Due to the pandemic, the shower was outside at our son and daughter-in-law's house. I cannot tell you how pleased I was! Dealing with Annmarie was so easy. She was very professional. We just used Annmarie's Cuisine for my 50th birthday. Annmarie was easy to work with, responsive and the food was delish. We did a mix of stationary and passed apps, salad and 2 entrees for dinner and the mini cupcakes for dessert. We also had 2 servers and Marybeth and Mena was wonderful.
