We just celebrated my son Ezra's birthday at Romp n' Roll in Willow Grove, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was so thorough and thoughtful -- every detail was communicated clearly, and they made it incredibly easy to custom-create the perfect celebration. As a parent, I really appreciated the amount of choice they give you when planning the activities. You're able to tailor the schedule to match your child's interests, which made everything feel really personal and special. The space itself is amazing -- clean, colorful, and totally engaging for the kids. The party host was fantastic -- completely hands-on and involved with the children from beginning to end. She led structured games, songs, and activities that kept the kids engaged and excited, but there was also just the right amount of time carved out for free play. The balance was perfect, and every child left with a big smile. They take care of everything -- setup, cleanup, and even walking everything out to your car at the end. It allowed me to truly enjoy the day without stress, which as any parent knows, is priceless. I ordered the food through them (which was fresh and delicious) and brought my own dessert, and both were big hits. If I had one single piece of feedback, it would be that I wish the party could've lasted two hours instead of the standard 90 minutes -- but honestly, that's a small thing compared to how wonderful the entire experience was. Romp n roll has been a second home to us for over 5 years. The staff is 10/10, their bday parties are unmatched, and the classes are perfect for little ones of any age. Can't say enough good things and so grateful my kids have a loving and safe place to get their energy out. I specifically want to point out their events - from moonbounce madness to their NYE ball drop - the events they put on are always worth it! In particular, their egg hung event is SO much fun for both adults and kids (they give away free classes!) although my oldest is a out to age out of RnR, I will continue my membership for my younger sons. This place is awesome! Staffs are fabulous! They really try their best to work out with you. Highly recommend take actions when they have their promotions and deals. My daughter, now 4.8yo, started off at Romp n Roll when she was a little over 2yo. She loves it there. At that age, she joined plenty of Rhythm and Rhyme, Gym classes, and some sport classes for her age group. Even during the pandemic, I still tried to take her out there, knowing that Romp and Roll tries to follow any Covid protocols. During her spring break, I registered a Chef Rompy and a Silly Science class for her. She loves them. She was also able to burn some energy off with their open playtime in the gym. Awesome place for kids to have fun, learn, and socialize. My second daughter is now 8mos+ old and I am already considering joining some classes for her if my schedule can fit them along with my older daughter's schedule. The email I sent to them in March 2023. Pretty sure Ms. Tiffany is still there. I wanted to touch base and give some feedback. We've been to two sessions with Ms. Tiffany, I think she is very sweet and means well but I do not want to have her lead my sons classes again. After having classes with Ms. Renee and Ms. Sheva, we're not amused by Tiffany. It seems that she is unorganized (saying often oh wait let me check this and that) and a bit timid with leading the baby class. My son was very engaged in his first two classes when the teacher wasn't Tiffany. The last two classes my son was aggravated and annoyed because thing were not face paced. She's even a bit unprofessional saying things like "oh he's cranky" "your baby looks mad" "are you ok baby? You seem uncomfortable" "oh wow please don't drool on that". She pointed out my sons cold toes and red cheeks multiple times as if I wasn't taking care of him properly. I think my final straw to reaching out was today when she asked a new family to the program (with a 5 month old) if their child was walking yet. Tiffany even extended the convo and told the new mom to take her child's shoes off if she wasn't walking. Very awkward. I am unsure how to move forward with this besides saying I do not want to pay for any more sessions if Tiffany is the lead teacher. I'd appreciate a follow up email ASAP; I asked for an email follow up. They tried to pull another fast one with getting me on the phone. read more

It is MLK Day and my husband and I are both working, so our nanny has both our 15 month old and my 3 year old. We signed 1 child up for the 2-3 year old class yesterday evening, but could not figure out how to register the other child online (it showed as available as of last night). Assuming it wouldn't be an issue, I called this morning (my nanny was on her way with both) to let them know and pay the fee for the other child. I spoke with Lisa who was abrasive and not remotely understanding. They first let me know that they couldn't accommodate both because the class was filled. She then proceeded to let me know that she is "breaking" the 24 hour notice rule of refunding, even though they were not able to accommodate us, and that they would not be able to refund us in the future because they had refunded us previously for a cancellation (even though prior cancellations were within the parameters of company policy). I then called the Little Gym of Springhouse who agreed to accommodate us with no questions. I have been to Romp n Roll for a birthday party and enjoyed it which is why we attempted to go back. Due to the rude front desk staff (Lisa) and hassle/lack of understanding, will not be returning in the future. Avoid the hassle and go to the Little Gym instead. read more

Worst place in regards to cleaning the toys and general play area as a whole. My son got hands feet mouth disease from items that were not properly cleaned. Not once did I see anyone clean anything when done or before. Don't recommend. Good area just needs to be cleaned considering how many babies and toddlers come in and out of there. read more

We are recent participants of Romp in roll Willow Grove. Can you imagine joining a children's gym during a pandemic? I am the most cautious person out there and the reason I joined is because romp and roll is doing everything right! Their facility is clean and features special ventilation and cleaning systems. They require masks for all children and adults. The class sizes are small so social distance is manageable. I drive 30 minutes past other gyms who are not following the same guidelines to go there. Romp and Roll is such an amazing place for children from ages up until 5 can learn, explore and grow. We have been going for about a year now steadily and I am amazed at how much my daughter has learned. She has learned to sit through story times, do obstacle courses, share with friends, and learned tons of new songs and words. The owners are lovely and the teachers are equally as lovely. The instructors are always so sweet and kind. They also keep their composure when the is one child who is a little too rambunctious. They are incredibly helpful and suggest activities which can help my son reach milestones and gain new skills! My 10 month old loves coming here. We had my son's birthday party here. They did an absolutely amazing job! Great mix of free play and a few group activities. They customize the party and ask which activities from a list you prefer and even played my son's favorite song at the end. They took care of all the set up and clean up. I am so happy that I found Romp 'n Roll! My kids absolutely love it and I find it to be the perfect place to take my kids for open gym, where they can run around, play, and be silly for an hour and a half. The facility is designed perfectly. The equipment is age-appropriate, which is to be expected. Everything is very visually appealing, and there isn't any sensory overload when it comes to the wall colors or designs. The music played during open gym varies, but it is usually either upbeat kids songs, or kid-friendly pop songs. It's never on too loud. There is a special "18 months and under area" which is such a fabulous idea (why don't other facilities do this?) In that area, there's softer toys and equipment for that age group, and the best part is this kiddie pool (dry!) filled with rattles, shakers, soft blocks, and all sorts of other fun items. My youngest loves this part of the gym the best. He's now over 18 months old, but it's hard to tear him away from that thing. We also had my 3 year old's birthday party there and everything ran really smoothly! It's hard to please a bunch of toddlers and Romp n' Roll was able to do exactly that. I would certainly recommend their birthday parties to anyone. The best part is that we got to choose from a big list of activities for the party. I also like taking advantage of the special days and events there. We attended the Easter egg hunt and everyone had such a great time. (They even had an Easter bunny there and a photographer! My youngest was obsessed.) I also took my oldest to the Mother's Day tea, and we not only got to play on the equipment, but we did a craft together and they framed it for us! But the real gem of Romp n' Roll is how parent-friendly it is, too. The bathrooms are stocked with diapers of all different sizes, wipes, comfortable changing tables, and potty inserts! How wonderful it is not to have to bring a huge diaper bag full of stuff to a kids' gym. I brought my 6 month old here for the babies class and by the end of the class, I think I was more tired than he was. The class was 45 minutes of song, play and dance and I could tell the teacher genuinely LOVES kids. She was so sweet. The only downside to this place is that its a little pricey. If you do not get a monthly membership it is $25 dollars per class. They also have 3 month commitment packages at $70/ month but it would not be beneficial to me due to the fact that I would not be able to go more than twice a month (I need variety in my life so my little one will have to adapt) I looked at the party packages and they were reasonable too. The place is like an indoor park for kids. Very safe. Party wise, this is great for about 15-20 kids but it will get congested with more. Do not bring your children to this place. They are not caring, accommodating or have any concerns for safety after they get you to sign up for a membership. I had to take a friend to a doctors appointment and my husband brought my 5 year old along to a class for 1 year old. They refused to let him sit in the corner and made him Wait in the cold waiting area. He was left by himself even though owner said someone will be at the desk. I understand there are rules but owner breaks them all of the time allowing her daughter to go into classes that are too old for her, let's go in to classes alone and allows her to sit in sessions not appropriate. If you have rules, Follow them yourself. Now I'm stuck paying for a months that I don't want anymore. What a terrible place!!! Stay away!!!!! read more

My son absolutely loves coming to the indoor and outdoor classes and events at Romp n Roll...so do I. They have a solid understanding of children's development and this shows with their planned activities. Not only are they developmentally appropriate for the ages they service but also ability appropriate to include all children. Some classes are targeted to a specific age range and others are mixed age groups (up to 5). During Covid, I've struggled to find places I feel comfortable taking my toddler son to play and see other children. Romp n Roll has been the answer to my prayers! Ms. Sheva and Ms. Lisa have gone above and beyond taking Covid precautions very seriously. I feel completely comfortable there. Seeing how excited my son gets when he realizes where we are makes my heart so happy and grateful for a place like this. We took our nearly 7 month old son there over the weekend for an Easter egg hunt they sponsored through a MLBB. My son had so much fun. The place is absolutly designed with the under 5 crowd in mind. The staff was exellent with the children too. I saw a comment below saying he loved the place but gave a poor rating due to the parking situation. Here's what I have to say to you: If your only beef with the place is something they could not control then you're either really perpetually unhappy or you're just mad because someone else got the spot you wanted. Very poor staffing-understaffed with teenage "educators" who cannot handle children, and do not reach out to parents when their child is having an issue at camp. When issues were addressed with the "Manager", Andi, she proceeded to belittle my husband and I, deny any and all wrongdoing and said that statements made by her staff about what happened were false-despite the fact that she was qnot there for the day and none of the staff present held any form of educator training. Romp and Roll refused to do any form of a refund for the days we will not attend class and said our only option was to continue with camp and it was unreasonable as parents to expect them to do any form of a refund. We were lied to in order to get us to register for camp, and our child returned home with bruising along his arm from someone grabbing him. In addition, staff outwardly admitted they denied him drink since he spilled juice while trying to make him drink from an open cup. Finally, our child was promised a diaper change mid-way through a 3 hour session. No such change was made, our child was picked up with a diaper that had leaked through his shorts and in the exact same diaper he arrived in. read more

Had my kid's birthday party here recently. Staff was very nice and the kids had a great time. They have an inflatable indoor bouncy house (which we wished the kids would have been allowed to use longer than 10 minutes). Also, while the staff did sing songs and interact with the party they didn't have any events to show the kids how to use their swings, slides and other equipment. What was helpful was their set up and tear down of the party favors. All in all a pretty good experience and with the above changes the review would go from 4 to 5 stars. read more

There is no consistency in staff a lot of turnover. The owners are not pleasant or helpful and very judgmental probably the reason for high Turnover. It's very expensive and not the best quality and event are overcrowded. There are so many other better child gyms around best to try someplace else ! read more

I called in December 2015 to book my daughters 2nd birthday party here. They charged my credit card to book the date for end of January. After all the guests confirmed they were coming..10 days before I called to ask some questions about party set up and return their call because I missed their call the day before. Turns out they never booked my party just charged the credit card. They essentially said all they can do is comp me for a party another day. Not good enough for me- now I have to scramble to organize my 2 yr olds birthday somewhere last minute!! **im updating this review because Lisa the manager at romp n roll felt terrible about the situation and really stepped up to make it right! My boys LOVE Romp N Roll! I started taking my son (will be 3 in Aug) when he was 6 mos. old, and his eyes light up everytime I mention going. The membership for the classes is great, and you also get to go to Open Gym anytime you want when you have the membership, which is great for a random day when you need something to do, especially if it is too hot/cold/rainy/snowy whatever. My other son is 13 months and also loves to go; and I love that both of my kids can enjoy playing there so much! It's hard to find things that they can simultaneously enjoy at their ages, and R N R is perfect! The staff is so great, and they genuinely care about the kids; I love it here! read more

They truly get excited to see our girls when they walk in, ask them about what is going on, and just take a genuine interest in our lives. I advise any of you who have young ones against signing up for or taking part in Romp n' Roll of Willow Grove. I was wrongfully accused of being in some sort of altercation that I had no idea even occurred. Although the manager could not even correctly identify me, she swore I was part of an issue because the woman told her her daughters name was Abigail. I have never spoken to the manager in my life yet she accused me of stealing toys from other children, screaming, having words with her and upsetting the children. I was bullied into not renewing my membership. I left feeling absolutely crazy because I had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. The last time I was there I barely interacted with anyone. This is a complete defamation of character and it's sad that my daughter will suffer from it. read more

I gave these people several chances to be professional. Not one visit did I see it. If you never have to deal with the workers... great. If you do, good luck. Had my kids birthday party there, they said they provided things that were NOT provided on that day.... balloons, napkins and I had to offer to everyone. The girls who worked it didn't offer the food to everyone there. They were really lazy and unenthusiastic. It looked horrible without the ballons. I had to grab paper towels from by the sink for napkins... EMBARRASSING! Another time the manager would constantly speak down to me. She didn't listen to my concerns without rolling her eyes and talking down to me. SO unprofessional. I never had experienced that before at a kids event at other places. The princess party was lame and it seemed like the worker girl would rather be somewhere else. She wasn't on the ball with helping the kids. I am so done and after 3 chances, I was not happy at all. Very grateful to have Romp n' Roll a short ride away from home. We have been attending classes, open gym, and special activities since our little one turned 3 mos. The resources are always clean and readily available, and the instructors and staff are great. Classes offer just enough structure for the babies - and they are so engaging! We sing, we bounce, we play with toys (and each other!), and we LOVE the bubbles at the end. During open gym, we are free to do what we want, even if that's just tummy time or practicing rolling over on the mats. It's a great way to meet other parents and have the little ones socialize too. read more
