We were blessed to be assigned Matthew H. to our job, and couldn't be more disappointed that we didn't go with these guys first. Matt arrived on time, communicated throughout the entire ordeal, spent over an hour looking over the roof, offered invaluable advice, and never disparaged the other company despite the COUNTLESS issues he uncovered. We are working on options to get our roof corrected and will absolutely call Firefighter Roofing if we're allowed to deviate from the original roofing company. There's nothing I appreciate more than people who carry themselves with character, respect, integrity, clear communication, and honest feedback. This roofing company has a good one in Matt H. and I wouldn't hesitate in letting his crew fix our roof. Stay blessed and good luck on your project if/when you decide to use this team. They are amazing from the time you call and speak with Laura until the rep shows up at your home. ABSOLUTELY ZERO PUSHY SALES TACTICS, AND I RESPECT THIS SO MUCH.

Our shingles were wrecked, all 3 skylights were busted, and our gutters were ruined. We really had no idea where to start on getting everything repaired but were fortunate to have our neighbor recommend Myers Pro Roofing based on the their experience with them in year's past. We contacted David at Myers Pro and were very impressed and relieved at how easy the whole process was. David is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and very obviously takes great pride in his work. His crew was fast and courteous and took great care in cleaning up after they completed their work. David answered every email, text, and phone call promptly (usually same day) and kept us in the loop on progress and timelines. It's been interesting to see how many neighbors had other roofing company's signs in their yards that have now been replaced by Myers Pro Roofing. It's a testament to the quality of work done and to David's commitment to outstanding service.
