If you ever need to have a root canal, and I hope you don't, I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Reeves treated me with patience and kindness and kept me informed throughout the procedure. He checked in to make sure I wasn't in pain and also explained everything in detail. His front office staff and dental assistant were also extremely helpful and the entire experience was better than I had hoped for. Five stars! First root canal on tooth 22 went well with few minor exceptions. The front office staff is awesome. During the root canal Dr. Kruang and her staff talked mad shit about my Dentist and the temp crown I had on that same tooth. After the procedure was complete they reinstalled the temp crown and recommended I have another root canal on tooth 20. Within hours of leaving the office and not eating anything the temp crown came off. The following day different staff members glued on the temp crown and again talked about the crown was not up to standards and that is why was having problems. Once again, within hours it came back off. I have had three crowns with the same dentist and never had any come off. Came in today for the root canal on 20. When a different assistant and Dr. Kruang aske me how the last root canal went I said fine except you should refrain from talking shit about my dentist until you can figure out how to glue on a temp crown. She tried to explain to me how they didn't do anything wrong and sometimes this just happens. She got her revenge for my criticism my forcefully poking with the needle several times. I had tears in my eyes. Mind you, I am a combat wounded veteran and have a seriously high pain tolerance. I asked if this way paybacks though she insisted it was not. Dr. Kraung stick me so many times and the tooth was still not numb. Interestingly tooth 22 and my lips were numb but not the tooth they were supposed to work on. She stuck me again and my heart went racing. They kept my temp crown and now tooth 20 hurts a lot yet the rest of my mouth is still numb. Someone needs to take a look at this office's ethics; taking revenge on a patient should loose their license. read more

My entire life I have dreaded going to the dentist or having any sort of dental work. That was until I was referred by my awesome dentist, Eric Dean, to Dr. Reeves office for the dreaded root canal procedure. I was so fearful at that time I needed medication just to make the appointment. I have to say the entire experience changed my view from dread and worry to a "that wasn't bad at all" experience. To start off, the receptionist and staff are super kind and understanding. The care and concern they show when you first come in is such a relief. The prep and xrays were a breeze. Had an appointment for a consult for a painful tooth. Ended up with a root canal. Friendly office staff. Danny the dental assistant met me and started the process. Scans, X-rays, and tests on the offending tooth. He explained the steps and tests as we went through the process. Very thorough and in understandable terms. He explained the root canal process to me using a model of teeth. While he did not diagnose me, he showed me my X-rays and a possible problem area. Dr Reeves came in and introduced himself. He checked the X-rays and concluded I did indeed need a root canal. He started the process making sure I had no questions because this was my first root canal. He carefully numbed me, again checking to be sure I was doing ok. Dr Reeves completed the procedure and gave me post op instructions. During the procedure I had no pain or discomfort. They will call me tomorrow to check on my progress and I am to call if I have questions or concerns. A professional office and wonderful care from the moment I entered. Now don't get me wrong, a root canal is no picnic, but Dr Reeves and the staff in his practice made my experience today worthy of 5 stars. read more

Only giving 1 star for one simple but embarrasing reason on their end. I had a few procedures that did not work 100% and found myself still in pain after 6 months. I owed money for the procedure, and called to see if I could get a % off of my remaining balance. The billing specialist Gina was nothing, but awful. She would not acknowledge my pain or even have the slightest sympathy that there was an issue on their end. Very Saddening. On the bright side I love the dentists here. Reeve's is great. Dr. Reeves is truly a "tooth hero" as my regular dentist referred to him. He saved my front tooth and did it with a minimum of pain and discomfort. And his clinical manager, Nina, is a superb skilled technician in her own right. She did an incredible job of wiring the rescued tooth in place so it could heal. My dentist referred me to Dr. Iwasiuk for a potential root canal (because he couldn't determine the cause of my tooth pain). Chelsea and the other front Office staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that their Office emails you new patient information, so you can fill out all the paperwork online prior to the appointment. Also, Chelsea was very upfront and reasonable about the estimated costs - I always prefer this to "ummmmm it could be around such and such" or no estimate at all. Upon arriving they had me wait for a few minutes in a lovely waiting room, then took me back for my 3-D X-rays and X-rays. The dental tech (I assume she was a dental tech) asked me several questions and also did quite a bit of localized testing in order to try to determine the cause of my pain. After a while, Dr. Iwasiuk then came out and sat down next to me and discussed my X-Rays with me in a calm and intellectual manner. He was discussing what a patient needing a root canal would show on an X-ray in comparison to what my X-rays showed (basically he saw no need for a root canal). I got the impression that it was a tactic to allow me come to the same conclusion as his diagnoses "no root canal needed"; because pain can make someone moody and argumentative and unreasonable - that or he is just a very open book and collaborative individual; in either case it is an excellent customer service strategy - if we "agree" I'm not gonna want to "scream or yell" because the pain is so severe and I want it to go away at any cost, but walk away appreciating that he was honest and open with me. Lastly, Dr. Iwasiuk has one of those instantly likable personalities. He is warm, funny, comes across as genuinely concerned for his patient's well-being, and not someone who is feeding you a line in order to subdue you or to stroke their ego - great qualities for someone to possess in the medical field. Even after going through the X-rays to explain why I didn't need a root canal, he was gracious enough to answer some of my other questions and concerns regarding potential causes for my pain. I recently had my fourth root canal with Dr Iwasiuk. The first and second root canals, I actually fell asleep during the procedures. The third, I watched a movie on a VR headset. This most recent root canal was extremely tricky and involved not only Dr Iwasiuk but an oral surgeon. Let me just say that Dr Iwasiuk is currently one of two doctors currently in my life that I have complete an utter confidence in. I was having tooth pain that my regular dentist looked at for 3 minutes, couldn't diagnose and sent me away with a $108 bill. Dr Reeves and I had met through his sons ski racing. I gave him a call and he thoughtfully discussed the possible causes and scheduled me an appt the next week. His staff welcomed me in and through the forms process. It was easy to notice how efficient his staff was at bringing me through the initial scans and x-rays. Then on to further tests and discussions. The scan of my head and the testing they did was high tech, and never a part of my regular dentist process. All of the staff were extremely competent in their part of the process. Once I sat and spoke with Dr Reeves he was able to verify the staff findings, answer all my questions and clarify what needed to be done. It's very difficult to give a good review on something that no one wants to have. But I must say, this office is great. Very caring, very friendly staff, both front and back office and Doctor. They worked well with my insurance, gave me realistic and honest estimates and I appreciate that greatly. Oral care is not cheap, but they were very easy to work with. The experience during the procedure was probably the epitome of making the best of a bad situation. Root canal! Makes us shudder----- but not me! I left Dr Reeves office an hour ago and feel great! I had absolutely no pain or discomfort through the whole procedure.
