As a therapist, I can honestly say the staff here are every bit as good as therapists when it comes to creating comfort and safety. Had such a great experience here! Was scheduled for a root canal and was treated so well from the time I got there until I left. Dr. Kolber and his Dental Assistant Ashley were so kind and made sure I was at ease throughout the whole process. While waiting in the lobby, two patients who were on their way out at two different times, said their experience was "better than expected" and it really was the same for me. I am not sure what is more nerve-wracking than going to the dentist. This is by far the best place I have ever been for dentistry work. I went in on a Monday morning for and evaluation and they had an opening the next morning and I had the root canal procedure performed then. If only every appointment could go like this! I was running behind, gave them a call, everyone had a heads up! When I arrived I was only four minutes behind. I was welcomed, given a clipboard full of paperwork, and a pen! "Get busy!" I thought. As soon as I was finished filling out the paperwork for Patty, Rachel ushered me in for an x-ray. It was one of those 360° x-rays. Cha-Ching! I knew this was going to be pricey! Rachel then sat me down, and asked me a few questions about my tooth issue. Those of you that know me have seen that I have a lot of tooth issues! She then said the doctor would be in shortly... Within two minutes Dr. Fullmer walked in! Wow! Whatever happened to those 20 minute wait's while listening to ridiculous elevator music? I was listening to a Waylon Jennings song playing on their intercom and actually enjoying it! Dr. Fullmer Walked in before the song was even finished! (I am not a country music fan, but that song was pretty cool!) Again, we discussed my tooth issue and Dr. Fullmer said there is nothing that needs to be done! I can go back to Dr. Kuhn's office and proceed with the dental plan that we have put together. What? Wait! You guys are supposed to charge me an exorbitant amount of money to do very little! You are sending me away with a charge of under $200! How can that be? This must be a mistake! Nope, it wasn't a mistake! Dr. Fullmer is just honest! Well, whether they knew it or not, Dr. Fullmer, Patty, and Rachel earned themselves five stars from this crazy guy! Didn't listen when my son said the anesthesia wasn't working. Didn't listen when he said he was in horrible pain during the procedure. They just tried to give more of the stuff that wasn't working! Not sure what the plan was because nothing was discussed. It was supposed to be an evaluation. But this is all they do - they are a root canal factory! Get them in and out quickly so you can see the next person! Don't actually wait to make sure what you're doing is making this as painless as possible! How horrible this was for him. My heart just breaks thinking about the pain he was in - and then I'm furious! If it's not working STOP and FIGURE IT OUT!!!! He was in LESS pain before they did this!! They didn't add a temporary crown but filled it instead. Didn't verify that the dentist doesn't have any openings for a MONTH to do anything. Their advice - if it hurts take some Advil - so he demanded some before he left!! It should have still been numb!!! There other helpful advice -chew on the other side. For a month. This wasn't my son's first experience with a root canal due to inherited Enamel hypoplasia (thanks Grandma!). But this was the WORST experience ever. Get a different referral!! Dr. Andresen referred me to High Desert Endodontic Specialists. I could not have had a better dental (root canal) experience. I was notified promptly by the HDES receptionists to schedule my appointment. Insurance was verified and my appointment was scheduled promptly. When I arrived I was cheerfully greeted by the receptionists. Everyone was extremely helpful including the front desk receptionists, the x-ray technician, the doctor's assistant and Dr. Fullmer. Dr. Fullmer walked me through the entire procedure before and during the root canal. I experienced absolutely NO PAIN at any time. It was actually a pleasant experience. I enjoyed the fact that Dr. Fullmer whistled often to the numerous tunes playing in the room and contually updated me on his progress. I could have sat in their chair all day listening to the music. Dr Anderson at Brosy Family Dentistry referred me to Dr Fullmer to have a previous root canal redone due to an infection. The entire staff was so patient, kind and understanding. I have had trouble getting numb in the past which accounts for my anxiety with any dental work. Dr Fullmer was understanding and thorough! He took his time with the Novocain and made sure I wouldn't feel a thing! Aside from the dental work, the office had a lovely peaceful atmosphere and smelled great. I really appreciated how friendly this place is. I was referred by my dentist for a root canal and I am really happy that this is where I went. They were initially going to get me in the next day but I wasn't able to get the afternoon off, so they got me in a few days later. I had not been to the dentist in awhile so I did not have a primary dentist I could call for help. I was having excruciating pain in my tooth neck and jaw and could not speak very well with the pain. My mother called in for me as she is a patient of Dr Brosy's office and they were kind enough to get me in early in the morning that same day as a new patient. I went in, had X-rays taken and Dr.B determined that a root canal was needed as soon as possible. Dr. Brosy got me referred to High desert Endodontists specialist that same day and I had my root canal the very next day!! I am now recovering from my root canal with the normal and expected after pains of the procedure but the pain I was having before hand is gone and I owe it all to Dr.Brosy and his office and Dr.Fullmer at High desert Endodontics and his talent! I was absolutely terrified of the pain and the unknown of a root canal but Dr. Fullmer made sure I was completely numb and 100% comfortable, sure enough I didn't feel a thing and the procedure went smooth and quick! Dr. Fullmer was 100% responsible for absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had. Most dentists work ON your teeth. Dr. Fullmer actually worked with me closely in taking a man that has had too much dental fear in one lifetime and making me feel informed, comfortable and as pain free as any root canal can be. When I went in for the consultation it turns out I needed not one, but two root canals. When I checked with him on whether he could do both since the teeth were neighbors he rearranged his schedule to get both done at the time. One was in fairly bad shape and needed more time than the standard root canal but he made it happen for me since I didn't want to come back for a second appointment. I can't recommend Fullmer Endodontics highly enough for their knowledgable, sensitive and respectful approach to endodontics. If you have any dental fear at all, this is the place to come! BTW he doesn't charge for the Psychotherapy for dental fear... but he probably should. His "team" approach to working in your mouth is awesome. read more

What an incredible experience! I had a root canal an hour and a half ago and I am sitting down to eat dinner. 60 years of dental work and this most certainly is the best experience I've ever had.
