They were very nice, friendly, and professional. Their English was not that great (by their own admission) so they often used Google Translate on their phone to translate, which actually worked a lot better than I had expected. We were able to communicate with them just fine. They mentioned they were from Russia so if you can speak Russian that would be great. They wanted to connect their pressure washer to our hose to pressure wash the clogged gutters, but our hose recently broke and thus we didn't have one, so they went out to Home Depot to purchase one for the job. They also got on the roof to manually scoop out a lot of the debris in the gutters. To fix the clogged downspout they removed the gutter from the wall and emptied them and pressure sprayed the inside of the gutter to clear them out. The gutters looked pretty good after they cleaned everything out. They also readjusted the gutter to fit into the French drain better (it was misaligned from the previous job from another contractor). We would be happy to call them up again if we had any more house jobs that needed to be done!

All I got back was "we dont do repairs i.e your job is too small", " you're too far (even tough I was in your Yelp service area), or had jacked up estimates "you really need to fix more of your fence". Frustrated, I decided to go a different route and reached out to Tegene Handyman Service. Tegene got back to me right away with a very competitive estimate. Even though its the Christmas/New Year's holiday we scheduled for a Saturday. 2 guys came right on time and got right to work. 2.5 hours later new posts are installed. They removed the old conrete and installed new conrete. Posts are rock sold. I'm very happy with the work and will definited use Tegene for any more handyman jobs.
