However, Garage Door Specialists in Neenah was the only one to go out of their way and re-schedule their crews to accommodate me and my situation. Before balancing, Kyle checked a few things, lubed the hinges, bearings and pointed out some fluid dripping from one of our car's tailpipe. After balancing the door, he tightened the chain, moved the door closer to weather strip, and even discovered and removed several wasp nests in the soffits. BUT, I was interested in a Kitchen renovation and saw an ad for home buddy.com that suggested it would give me the average/going rate for renovations in my area. After plugging in my information, it misleadingly connected me with Mad City. They texted me and I responded with "stop" per the instructions if I was no longer interested. But Mad City proceeded to call me twice that night and 10 times the following day. I picked up and talked a representative THREE times. I told them the website that I put my info into did not mention it was connected with Mad City and had I known it would, I would not have inquired. I relayed the negative experience that I was not interested in their services and the first caller was respectful. The second caller seemed unaware that I had responded to the first caller and hung up on me after I told him. The third time, I very directly told the caller that I had told two other callers that I was not interested and to stop calling me. He talked over me the whole time, like that was supposed to make me change my mind and work with them. Don't let them bully you too.

Unfortunately, he's working for the wrong company. The installation and installation techs were amazing also. Just two screws missing from the factory for the hinges. I let the techs know to just send them and l'll install. A week or so after the install, service kept calling and texting that they wanted to send a tech to install the screws. Apparently no communication from the install techs and the office. I finally got back to them and told them to mail them. That was over two weeks ago and still no screws. The install techs had me sign the wrong paperwork. I signed for someone else's project. More paperwork to sign and it's not even the correct paperwork. Apparently upper management or the owners don't care as it's been 5 weeks since my install and they never called to make things write and I still never signed the correct paperwork for my project. I'd suggest checking out Pella or another well know. name brand to avoid the hassle of Andersen.
