In April 2020 Heritage Window replaced a rotting 52 inch window in our 1940 made home and a deck door. The representative from Heritage came out in Fall of 2019. He was clear and concise and patient with our choosing the details of the window and door. Communication was easy with Heritage always returned calls within 24 hours. Plan for installation date was our choice. Installers made personal call introduced themselves prior to installation to clarify plans and any particular concerns we had. Brandon and Scott were polite , listened and focused on details of the installation. Exceptionally neat, covered all of our personal areas with protective cloth and cleaned up when project finished. A year ago, Heritage Windows contacted me to evaluate windows that were being recalled by Andersen. Installers evaluated my windows and determined two of windows did not meet specification and should be replaced. The company replaced these windows quickly without any cost. Their workmanship and professionalism impressed me so much, a year later, when I wanted two new windows for our basement, I contacted them for estimates. This week our new windows were installed. The installation team was very professional, courteous, and arrived on time. The team explained what they were going to do and went to work. The results were amazing. I was looking for a company to fix my window. After several companies came. I was determined it can't be fixed. And needed replacement. Had several bids for job to be done. All around same price point $5000.00 for remove and replace. Heritage window had better time-line. And they even beat their estimated date for job to be done by a month. We just had several windows in our home replaced by the Renewal by Anderson product. All aspects of the project, from the initial bid all the way through to the final cleanup after the install, were accomplished professionally. The finished product looks really nice and is a sharp upgrade to the windows being replaced. WOW!! We just had 5 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. 1 window was a bay and the other was a larger than average window. We live in a log home and few companies were willing to take on the project. Chris and Andy did our work, and we are awed. These are not just windows, they are works of true craftsmanship. We just had a new door put on the front of our house. The door is as beautiful inside as it is out. The two gentlemen, Dusty and Jack, who installed the door were very kind and professional. Josh and John (the "Js" or J-squared) were FANTASTIC! They laid down tarp to protect my (original) hardwood floors and were patient and kind with my dog and kittens running around their feet. Both were personable, professional and polite; I work from home and it was obvious they both were being considerate of this! And you gotta love installers who are perfectionists - the windows on the inside look fresh and new and how they were able to incorporate the new window frames on the outside with my steel siding was amazing.
