In April 2020 Heritage Window replaced a rotting 52 inch window in our 1940 made home and a deck door. The representative from Heritage came out in Fall of 2019. He was clear and concise and patient with our choosing the details of the window and door. Communication was easy with Heritage always returned calls within 24 hours. Plan for installation date was our choice. Installers made personal call introduced themselves prior to installation to clarify plans and any particular concerns we had. Brandon and Scott were polite , listened and focused on details of the installation. Exceptionally neat, covered all of our personal areas with protective cloth and cleaned up when project finished. Very respectful of our space. We would recommend Heritage window to everyone. Very happy with the window and door as they were well made and add to the appeal of our home. We needed to replace a majority of the windows in our house as well as replace our front door and, after asking around, decided to go with Heritage Window and Door. They did not disappoint! From beginning to end the process was seamless - from the initial estimate to measuring the size of our windows to installation - Heritage exceeded all our expectations. Our installers, Stacy and Brandon, were so great! They were super personable and their skill and attention to detail was excellent. They communicated throughout where they were in the process and what windows they were going to install next. They left the areas around our windows (inside and out) cleaner than when they started They were also super patient with our dog who barked at them more than he should have :) Our windows and door are perfect!! Thanks Stacy, Brandon and Heritage Window and Door - we LOVE our new windows. Jill & Shannon P read more

A year ago, Heritage Windows contacted me to evaluate windows that were being recalled by Andersen. Installers evaluated my windows and determined two of windows did not meet specification and should be replaced. The company replaced these windows quickly without any cost. Their workmanship and professionalism impressed me so much, a year later, when I wanted two new windows for our basement, I contacted them for estimates. This week our new windows were installed. The installation team was very professional, courteous, and arrived on time. The team explained what they were going to do and went to work. The results were amazing. Their expertise and attention to detail can be seen in the window framing and the seamless fit with our exterior siding. I have two more windows and two more doors I plan to replace next year and will definitely work with Heritage again. read more

Last week Renewal by Anderson replaced a window and also a sliding glass patio door and window combo in our house. Our installation team of Jeff, Rusty, and Isacc did an excellent job with very little disruption to our day. The quality of the product and of the workmanship is excellent; we are very pleased. It was all completed in less than a full day. Woodwork trim was beautifully matched to the rest of our house. One important thing: The patio door lock was subtly not quite right. It would lock easily at times and with difficulty at other times. I personally went to RbA to discuss this and show them pictures of the issue. The result was amazing! That same afternoon, their employee Tony came to my house shortly afterward and fixed the lock issue very effectively. Now that's customer service! Thank you, RbA! read more

Over the past few years, we have slowly replaced all the windows in our home. We started with Heritage and ended, this week, with Heritage. The organization was incredible to work with. The office staff were responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. The tech support was quick and efficient. Our sales representative was a great guide and stuck with us through the entire process. The installers, and we had a number of crews over the years, were outstanding. This last week Dusty and Jack were the installation team. They communicated with us through every step. They were respectful of us, our home and our dog. Their workmanship was of a high quality. They were efficient and left our home as clean as it was when they arrived. And the windows...they add quality and value to our home. read more

Josh from the service department was excellent! He called on the day of appointment and said he was running early (which was great!) and was at our house within 15 minutes of the call. He took time and looked over both the inside and outside of windows. He Found some potential problem areas and resealed caulking around outside of windows. He also took time to look at other windows to be sure all is good. He is knowledgeable about both the window installation process as well as repair. He also took extra time to explain possible problem areas with our house to prevent future issues With caulking and siding. We highly recommend Renewal by Anderson in Superior WI. Quality of windows to installation to warranty and repair. Thanks Josh! read more

My husband and I were getting all new windows and doors in the house and adding a window in the bathroom where there was not a window to begin with. The entire process from start to finish was amazing and they made it very simple for us. I cannot believe how quickly they got the windows and doors in our house and how efficient they were. The windows look absolutely fantastic and the front door is gorgeous! I can't believe what a difference all these windows have made in our home, I can feel the difference in temperature in our home already. This is our second home that we have purchased our windows from Jerry Chiaverini! The presentation and information process that Jerry used to help us make our decision was perfect, we felt we were able to buy what we thought was right for us, not pushed into buying anything we didn't want! The installation team of Josh, John, and Rusty were polite, on time, great communicators, and true professionals in every sense of the word. They did a fantastic job installing, in fact, it went much quicker than we had anticipated. We would HIGHLY recommend Renewal By Anderson Exclusively By Heritage Window and Door to anyone looking for quality products, and a top notch sales and install process! read more

I was looking for a company to fix my window. After several companies came. I was determined it can't be fixed. And needed replacement. Had several bids for job to be done. All around same price point $5000.00 for remove and replace. Heritage window had better time-line. And they even beat their estimated date for job to be done by a month. I'm extremely happy with work done. Josh, Justin, and Austin are a great crew. Very clean, personable, and high quality of work. They were more then happy to answer any of my questions. In a way that I could understand wasn't any of that doctor talk. Highly recommend them and will use them with any of my future window and door needs. read more

We just had several windows in our home replaced by the Renewal by Anderson product. All aspects of the project, from the initial bid all the way through to the final cleanup after the install, were accomplished professionally. The finished product looks really nice and is a sharp upgrade to the windows being replaced. The installation team of Stacy, Brock and Nolan arrived on time, were courteous and friendly, and were highly respectful to our property. They work well together and are very efficient. The RBA product is a bit pricey but it surely appears like we received what we paid for in terms of a quality product and professional installation. read more

Jeff, Rusty and Isaac were awesome! They showed up on time, ready to work. I had very nice conversations with all three of them throughout the whole process of getting my new front window put in and they never once minded me asking some questions about the process. They also installed a new patio double door on my garage. Jeff & Rusty work so great together as a team. So pleased with everything and I've been taking pictures and showing off to my family and friends. THANK YOU for everything you guys did. I'll definitely be calling when I'm ready for the rest of the windows to be replaced, But.... Only if I can request the same team I had today! read more

WOW!! We just had 5 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. 1 window was a bay and the other was a larger than average window. We live in a log home and few companies were willing to take on the project. Chris and Andy did our work, and we are awed. These are not just windows, they are works of true craftsmanship. Our windows are gorgeous and the door is beautiful. Far exceeded our expectations. Our salesman Zach, as well as the office staff were also amazing. The work was performed on time and everything was specatularly cleaned each day. I am so pleased with this company and would highly recommend them for your next project. read more

This is the second time I have purchased and had windows installed by Renewal by Andersen - specifically, Heritage Window & Door Company in Duluth. Most recently, Rustee and Dusty installed two different windows in my 1950's home. They showed up on-time, were extremely courteous, professional and highly skilled. They were knowledgeable from start to finish during installation and communicated with me through the entire process, cleaning up before they left. Furthermore, they were happy to answer any questions that I had and even gave me a tutorial on how to utilize the windows. Rustee and Dusty are the best! read more

Northland Renewal by Anderson installed our new windows and did a great job! The windows are beautiful and the interior stain matches our woodwork and cabinets perfectly. Rustee, Ruben, and Tyler were polite, professional and had great customer service. They cleaned up after each days work and always answered our questions and asked us about our preferences to make sure that we would be happy with the final results. We are very happy with this company and are especially happy with the way we have been treated by everyone. They even moved our heavy furniture back where it belonged after the installation! read more

We expected and were not disappointed that the sliding patio door we had installed would be of the highest quality. We can't say enough about the entire staff. Phone contact is always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. From Jerry, Scott, Matt, Bill and John that we worked with our experience was over-the-top professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Matt, Bill and John did our installation on a 5 degree winter day. Our install required a custom issue. It was resolved patiently and perfect. They made sure we were comfortable, respected our property and left our home spotless. read more

Having three windows installed by Heritage Window & Door by our two installer's JOSH &JON was a pleasant experience. Both were extremely professional and pleasant to talk with. They both would explain their procedure of the installment and got right to work. They were always mindful of their surroundings to make sure they did not make a mess. At the end of their installation they reviewed with us how everything went together and to make sure we approved of the end result. I have recommended to my friends if they need window replacement, this is the company to seek out. read more
