This was an extensive project. His workmanship was excellent! He was attentive to detail. He took precautions not to cause damage to anything existing that he worked around. Everything he did was precise and square. He initiated keeping at the project with no need for me to motivate him to complete it, and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. He communicated well from the planning and estimating stage, through to the end, explaining what he did and why, involving me in decisions he was about to make, and giving me opportunity to provide feedback.
