Nails, bolts, screws, plastic, food and metal shavings were left all over the property. Didn't flash or put in winter shields. Gutters FELL off when they left. Complete disaster!! But they cashed BOTH checks.... The customer service is so poor I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this company. Don't get the run around from these jokers. Go to a real MN company who cares about their clients and takes pride in their work.

After "finishing" the job the first time, we had to call them back to fix it again because the new shingles were uneven and put on wrong. 3 weeks later they finally came back. After being here for about 20 mins, the roofer left. We had to call back AGAIN to see if the job was finished or not because the roofer had promised us a picture of the roof when he was done. We never received a text or any communication that he was finished. He left the unused shingles just sitting on our air conditioner without telling us where they were and threw tons of old tar and old shingles into our yard and walkways without cleaning any of it up. The office never got back to us when we had called to see if the job was finished or not. Then today, as the snow was finally melting away we found a huge string of nails just sitting in our driveway. He did not ever tell us that he lost a whole string of nails and that we should be on the lookout. We could have popped the tires on our car and we could have been injured. Completely unacceptable. The entire experience with this company has been a complete disappointment and a customer service nightmare. Do not waste your money here.

The installers had a very nasty attitude. They left a mess in my dog run with nails in wood. They're lack of professionalism was apparent. I've never been spoken to like that by an installer in my own home. Although I'm a disabled veteran I am not going to be pushed around by someone in my own house. They were paid to do a job and they failed to do it properly. The installer claimed that he did not remove the window that he was replacing and I did not understand what he was saying. If not him and his crew then who removed the window. The job was done in haste and with lack of experience in one of the installers.
