Greg and his crew showed up and in two and one half days, completly removed my roof, all the old wet insulation, spray foamed the attic, treated the mold on the two by six's, installed 3/4" plywood roof and shingles and came in $700.00 under his quoted price. They were paid to do a job and they failed to do it properly. The installer claimed that he did not remove the window that he was replacing and I did not understand what he was saying. If not him and his crew then who removed the window. The job was done in haste and with lack of experience in one of the installers.
