Joe was there for us. He patiently worked with our insurance company for over a year coordinating numerous studies we never heard of such as Eagle View, Hover, and ITEL. Once the claim was approved Joe directed us to a designer who did a great job updating the look of the building. We had a big job consisting of over 270 squares of new roofing, 350 squares of new siding, and numerous building upgrades and repairs. This is the second time I worked with Joe. We had our roof put on three summers ago I believe... during Covid. I've had serious roof issues in the past with leaks and ruined ceilings... Decided to bit the bullet and get a metal roof. The team was diligent and stayed on it till finished. (One roofer got covid during the project, but the delay was temporary only) Afterwards, we had an issue with ice dams that caused a problem due to last winter's extreme snows.
