I found Marshal and his team to be hard working and was impressed with their skills in operating heavy equipment. I had a lot of questions as to how to the new foundation would be built as it was far deeper than the foundation of my existing home and required some underpinning work. Marshall answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed to properly prepare building plans and acquire a building permit. I arrived and sent A text at 9:10 AM In which I said, I hope we're still on for today. He called me back within a minute asked me where I was located and asked if we had talked on the phone. I indicated the day that we talked on the phone that we set an appointment for 9 o'clock today. Told him where I was located and the excuse given was that somebody had called out today and he had to go up north. This was a lie. He didn't have me on his calendar and wasted five hours of my time for a fruitless trip. Beware!
