The installers had a very nasty attitude. They left a mess in my dog run with nails in wood. They're lack of professionalism was apparent. I've never been spoken to like that by an installer in my own home. Although I'm a disabled veteran I am not going to be pushed around by someone in my own house. They were paid to do a job and they failed to do it properly. The installer claimed that he did not remove the window that he was replacing and I did not understand what he was saying.
