I was pleased to see automated text messages confirmed the job and described what to expect. Rino does a great job of blending multiple communication modes seamlessly (Yelp, person's cell, automated text number). This is a rare skill that should not be underestimated. Unfortunate there was an emergency and I had to cancel the job in the middle of the night before the service (see my review on drywall lol). Then the emergency was taken care of sooner than expected, so I contacted Rino again. We rescheduled service for the following day. An arrival window was provided; they arrived promptly. Ali did a walkthrough and we showed him a couple of stains. They began the service. There was a team of two, Ali and Ivan. Ali performed the stain treatment (stains came out!) and Ivan the all-over carpet cleaning. Both were friendly and professional. I will certainly hire them again.

I was given a price and I booked the service based on that price so it should have been honored. I added pictures of my receipt and the message stating what the price would be.

They did such a terrible job that I needed to have them redone. (spent 45 minutes cleaning a 4 bedroom house). So I hired this company to come and do the job over. I couldn't be happier. The owner was great. I had to wait a few days to schedule because they were busy (probably because they do good work). But when they came they couldn't believe the job the other company did either! But Jordan said they would work on it and do their best. He was very nice, even after having to wait for me to get there. Our carpet is 11 years old, and they were able to get out nearly all the old dirt on the traffic areas and everywhere else. I have a tween girl at home, who has done "little projects" in her room. When the other company left, her floor looked like a confetti cupcake, little bits of color various places on the carpet. But when these guys cleaned it, it almost all came out. Just a couple of very light spots left. And I know for sure one of them was kool-aid! The guy worked so hard. I saw him doing the steps and could see the billows of steam coming off the carpet, so I know they really had good heated steam, not just warm tap water. They also cleaned our couch and loveseat, and except for a couple little stains they look great too! I have found a new carpet cleaner, and I am so happy!

Instead of cleaning it themselves, they secretly outsourced it to another company I had specifically avoided. For nearly two weeks, I had no idea where my rug even was. When I picked it up, no one mentioned any issues -- but at home, I unrolled it to find a large bald spot stripped of pile. The "before" photos they eventually provided showed normal wear, nothing close to the damage it has now. Worse than the damage was the dishonesty. My refund requests were ignored, and instead they pressured me to let them "fix" it by dyeing it darker. It took him DAYS to send me the before photos. They even called from multiple numbers trying to come to my house after I refused. This experience was unprofessional and shady. I trusted them with something valuable and sentimental, and that trust is gone. Don't make the same mistake I did.
