I just called to try to get a quote and schedule and I had a really difficult time working with maybe a call center person? At first they told me they couldn't tell me the availability and that they would have someone coming back and then they started to book but I haven't really been able to confirm exactly what I need. It seemed a little messy and I said, perhaps I would call around since the transaction didn't seem smooth and I was confused and the person hung up on me. I'm bummed because this business is close to me, and I want to support local business owners. I wish I was able to talk with the business owners. read more

We recently purchased a new home, and we hired CitruSolution to come and clean the carpet's before we moved our things in. The carpets appeared to be in pretty good shape, but our 2-year-old granddaughter lives with us, and the previous owner was a smoker, so we wanted to make sure the carpets (where she spends a lot of time) were nice and fresh. Everything went great with the appointment. Taylor showed up on time and got right to work. He spent about 2 1/2 hours cleaning all the carpets in our home. He worked hard the entire time, the house smelled great, and we felt like we got a good value for money. Then, as the solution dried, my daughter started to notice a stinky dog smell in her bedroom. The yummy citrus smell didn't even last one day before the stink came back. But the real eye-opener happened today. Our dog is feeling a little stressed out from the move, and she threw up on our bedroom carpet. Needless to say we broke out the Hoover carpet cleaner to get that mess cleaned up. What we found in the Hoover dirty-water tank was disgusting. This carpet is anything but clean. It's maddening that we spent so much money on CitruSolution when our little Hoover does a better job. A much better job! (See photo). read more

Very happy with the service and results in using CitruSolution for the first time. The pricing is very fair and much less stress than using a carpet cleaner from the store. As they were highly recommended I trusted CituSolution from the beginning. Unlike a traditional carpet cleaning company CitruSoliution dries very quickly so my wife, pets and I didn't have to worry about wet carpets for days and days (or wearing booties to go on our carpeted stairs, hallways, etc.) The technician was friendly and polite and showed up on time. The carpets smell greats and our "blessings" by our pets are now gone thanks to the great work of CitruSolution. read more

I highly recommend CitruSolution Carpet Cleaning! We have a new baby on the way and needed to get the house as clean as possible (as we have multiple dogs)! The owner of the company helped me book an appt right away. He was very friendly, funny and helpful! The technician who cleaned our carpets-Michael - was amazing!! He was friendly, personable, honest and worked magic on our carpets. We have pee stains from one of the dogs and Michael worked extra hard on those areas (as well as the kids' rooms) to ensure everything was perfect! Michael removed ALL of the stains and our carpets haven't looked (or smelled) this good since we moved in! The products they use are safe for pets and kids, and smell citrusy! We are very grateful! Thank you! We will definitely be using you again!!!! read more

My friends who live in Broomfield swear by these guys, and they have miles and miles of carpet. I have a long-haired black cat and as much as I brush him, his fur sinks into the carpet. I really wanted to find a natural solution to get the carpet cleaned, so that it wasn't smelling like nasty chemicals for days. They were polite, professional and the carpet looked better than it had since I moved in! They even left me with a sample spray bottle to get out any stains in the carpet. I would definitely recommend them as a great natural carpet cleaner, they provide a great alternative to those toxic chemicals. read more

I could not be happier with Abigal and JJ at Citrus Solution! They were right on time, explained their process and benefits well and did a fantastic job with the cleaning. They were so quick and quiet I barely knew they were here! I have had a bit of an issue with pet stains, and they came back a few days later to treat the areas again to ensure all was taken care of. The bottle of solution they left will be great to use on future stains. My carpets look great, and there was no chemical smell or soggy carpets. They did a great job too on the pet hair that has been "woven into" my carpets over the years. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them again when I need a cleaning. read more

Amazing customer service, look no further! Reached out to the team at CitruSolution to help a friend who recently lost their home in the Marshall Fire. They responded right away and are covering the whole thing! I will be a forever client, you should too! read more

Abigail and JJ are fantastic! I am so thankful we found a reliable, affordable and non-toxic solution to clean our carpets. They were easy to schedule with, came on time and did an incredible job. Our carpets look phenomenal and they helped with a pet stain as well. I will definitely be calling them again to do the rest of our carpets :) Thank you both!! read more

Wow, what a great carpet cleaning company! I really enjoy how little water goes into the carpets so I'm not worry about wet carpets. This is especially helpful in the colder months when you can't leave windows open to dry out carpets from traditional carpet cleaners. JJ was responsive, professional and very mindful around our house and pet. I felt very comfortable having him work in our house. The best part is how well they are able to tackle those occasional stains you get from pets and everyday life and leave a great and light citrus smell when they are done. read more

Always do a great job, carpets look and smell amazing! And carpets are almost dry within an hour of job completed

CitruSolution was a great choice for my carpet cleaning. We have brand new (less than a year old) carpet which got pooped on by our dog. CitruSolution was able to not only get the poopy smell out, but also leave behind a refreshing lemon scent. Even though the scent doesn't last long, the carpet feels so fresh and clean! I also love how professional and efficient our technician was. I would certainly recommend CitruSolution for your carpet cleaning needs. Plus, the free spot treatment solution is a really nice bonus! Love this company. read more

This my second time using this service. First on my office carpet and now at my house. Carpets came out looking great. Thank you!!!

I was a renter and before moving out of the house, the management Co only had two choices for carpet cleaning. First of all,the young man who came was very unfriendly, finished the job in less than 40 minutes ( which was the time I noticed he wasn't there anymore) time could have been less than 40 minutes. Didn't say goodbye! My 10 yr. old grandson could have done a better job and to top it off, we were charged $200.00. read more

We've had our carpet cleaned by many different companies and this was by far the best outcome. We have a 5 year old that comes home from grandmas house with homemade "slime" that no company has ever been able to remove, they got all of it out! I'm so pleased! Love that our carpet wasn't soggy afterwards, just damp for about 3 hours after. My new go to! read more

I had a roommate move out of my house with her dog after residing there for a little over a year. My carpet was stained from the potty training as well as the residual smell of dog in her room. We shampooed the carpet 4+ times in her room to no avail with a rented machine, I found Citrus Solutions and they quoted me a fair price for my whole house so I decided to give them a shot and boy am I glad i did! They got the lingering dog smell out of the room as well doing an amazing job with the carpet for the rest of the house. I would definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking for a professional job that wont break the bank, I'll be calling them again when I move out! Cheers! read more

My husband and I just moved into a new house and got our furniture shipped from our old house in CT. Two couches had been in the old dirty basement and when we got them, they were full of mouse poop. We had a newborn and were freaked out to go near the couches knowing mice have been all over them. JJ and Abigail had both couches cleaned, noticeably, within an hour. In addition to their professionalism, kindness and efficient work, our house was filled with a delicious citrus smell!! We are not afraid to put our little one right on the couch now. We will be keeping CitrusSolution on speed dial for all of our carpet and upholstery cleaning needs! read more

I really like this company! The people are friendly, kind and professional! I used them because I was trying to find an alternative to chemical carpet cleaning, something more natural. I have pets so that was important. This company got stains out that I didn't think they could! And their cleaning solution smells so good! Also, your carpets are dry quicker than the steam cleaning methods, like in an hour or two! Also they leave you with a bottle of citrus cleaner for any future spills! And the price is the best too! I was so happy with them that when we needed our carpets cleaned at work, I called them up. The price for the job at my work was so good that my boss smiled when I told her, and she was very happy with their quality of work! Do yourself a favor, stop looking, you've found the company that will do the best and make you happy! Citrus Solutions Arvada! read more

The last review was based on our first time use of Citrus Solution but the repeat visit was also excellent. They had to tackle our problem high traffic areas and the results..STELLAR! They did a fantastic job on my carpets, very timely, carpets look new ,very professional. Never had such a great experience with carpet cleaning. Will not use anyone else but them for future cleanings. Smells great also! read more

I have used Citrus solutions before. I chose them because I like the scent, and that it is better for kids and pets. I also like that they come in, do a good job and do not try to upsell their services once here. So this time, we were putting our house up for sale and I showed the technician an area that has been a problem for years. Others have tried and it improves, but it has never gone away. This area was a heavily trafficked walkway on nice white carpet. After Mike at Citrus Solutions worked on it, this area now looks brand new! I have to say I am shocked and so very pleased. I only wish I had taken a "before" photo so i could show what a great job Mike did. If the management will tell him to contact me, I want to give him a big tip. Why? Because we've had lots of different people out to fix things to prepare for selling our home, and he is the only one who did an outstanding job! read more

I have lived in my apt. for over 8 years now and have never had my carpets cleaned, because I'm lazy.... Anyway, my carpets were in dire need of a cleaning and I knew it was time I needed to find a carpet cleaning company. I found CitrusSolution online and after looking at the before and after photos, and reading up on their process,I decided to give them a try. Abigale and JJ (the owners) showed up exactly when we scheduled our appointment, they helped me move my bed frame out of the room (above and beyond), and were extremely friendly and professional. But beyond their professionalism, personalities and great prices, the carpets after years of grime and dirt and melting snow, came out AMAZING! The carpets looked like they were brand new, and my carpets are cream colored at that, so for CitruSolution to work their magic and have the results they did, I was truly impressed. I highly recommend CitruSolution Carpet Cleaning Company, you will be pleasantly surprised. A+ in my book. Thank you Abigale and JJ!!! read more

Love this company, great people too! I had a baby vomit on my couch and rugs, so I wanted a cleaning solution safe for babies and pets. This was the best I found, and I was so happy with the results and smell. I even got a bottle of solution for touch up's in the future. I got the couch and 2 rugs cleaned for cheaper than I normally have one of my rugs dry cleaned. The other nice thing is I didn't have to leave the house and wait for it to dry for hours, it was dry with in 2! Pet owners and moms, this is a great alternative to traditional chemical carpet cleaning. read more
