Sam the therapist is very patient and knowledgeable. I had my first full visit with him today and he twisted and pushed and turned me in every way. He's very hands on and you're not going in to do all exercises for the duration of the session. My previous experience was they show you how to do certain things and then they leave you to do it. They offer everything from cupping therapy to micro needling to electrical stimulation. The entire sign-up process is very simple and they accept pretty much every type of insurance. I really like the fact that it is inside the gym. The area is private and clean. I am very happy with my sessions thus far and will definitely recommend to all. *they do not file secondary insurance unless it's Medicare. I tried out the foot massager but it was too aggressive for my sensitive tootsies so I had to quit that. Haha The nurse who administered the IV explained everything and was so kind and friendly. If you're a first timer, you have to have a virtual visit with a dr before you can receive your IV drip. They go over your medical history and medications you are taking. We came on a Monday afternoon and there was a steady stream of clients coming in for different treatments. Would definitely go again!!

Cryotherapy is the new rage in recovery and wellness! I found this practice while scrolling groupon…read moreand decided to give it a try. This practice is located toward the end of a strip mall. Plenty of parking and easy to find the signage for the entry door. The staff were super friendly and greeted me right upon my arrival. My experience was quick and painless! You change in a changing room and then go into the cryotherapy room. You can wear as much or as little as you want. They give you need high socks slippers and a robe. When you go inside of the chamber you trade your robe for oven mittens. You step into an upright metal tube and stand still. They start you at 2 and a 1/2 minutes if it is your 1st time they have you turn every 30 Seconds. Like said, quick and painless. Pro tip: to get out of the parking lot, make sure you find an exit that has a street light. Otherwise, it is impossible to get out of the plaza and take a left due to traffic.
