This company is about the quick exchange of a product for money - not about building relationships. Apparently they have had a few customers not pay their bill, so they come across as extremely desperate about the money. They are a small business and apparently have not built in any kind of cushion for the normal non payers of any community. The customer service was in my face fake friendly until they came to the money. Those who handle money should understand how credit cards and bank cards function differently. Bank cards are CASH and put a preauth/hold on funds for up to a week. The representative said my card was not working, but it ended up going through four total times and tied up funds at my bank. She swiped my bank card 17 times in six minutes and the national fraud line shut down my bank card. She insisted it did not go through and demanded all forms of ID as I wrote her a check in addition to all. As I checked with my bank, I saw that the card did go through and had to pay to stop the check. Incidentally, I asked if I could wait two business days to use a great new line of credit I was approved for and to put it on that, and she said no. In addition to that, the practitioner does not have a very good threading technique for filler, and insisted on administering botox her way instead of the way that worked for me for a decade. The result after my bank fiasco was that I ended up with two black eyes and bruises on my face from her needle work. I will say the end result is shaping up okay, but I have never in twelve years had so much damage from the actual administering of a few touch up areas. Please boycott this facility. They don't know "do" this as well as so many other facilities out there. I recommend that she visits other practitioners and sees the many ways of doing things, and that she make her staff take a money handling customer service community college class. read more
