That is until a friend told me about Dr. Ridgway. I met with her and discussed it all. Dr. Ridgway even had phone calls with my surgeon in Texas to discuss how they would proceed. I have been seeing Dr. Ridgway for the expansion and just had my final reconstruction surgery this month. She has been nothing but amazing throughout the whole process. She is professional, and kind, and so is her staff. An OR nurse said to me that Dr Ridgway is meticulous, and that was the best thing to hear going into surgery because I knew she cared and would be precise. I strongly caution anyone considering a facial treatment here to read this…read more I originally came to this med spa to treat two very small scars/holes left from previous lip piercings. My first treatment went well, which is why I trusted them enough to return for a second treatment. During my second appointment, however, the provider performing the chemical peel appeared inexperienced and accidentally got/spilled the chemical solution onto an area of my face outside of the intended treatment area. Instead of leaving with two tiny lip-piercing marks improved, I was left with a significantly larger, highly visible scar on my face. What makes this experience even more upsetting is what happened afterward. I returned to this same business trying to fix the damage caused during the treatment and was initially charged for microneedling sessions intended to improve the resulting scar. Those treatments did not resolve the damage. They ultimately refunded me, but a refund does not undo an injury to someone's face. I went in to improve two tiny marks and walked away with a scar that is dramatically larger and more noticeable than the issue I originally sought treatment for. This has been incredibly upsetting, particularly because this was an elective cosmetic procedure performed on my face and I trusted the people treating me to exercise an appropriate level of care. I have photographs documenting my appearance before the treatment, the injury afterward, and how the area has healed. I am now pursuing further professional evaluation and legal options regarding the injury and resulting damage. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a chemical peel or other treatment here--particularly anything involving the face--to carefully consider my experience. I wish more than anything that I could simply go back to having the two tiny piercing holes I originally walked in with.

At the original appointment I was also told I had no Aspire points that were applicable and later saw the receptionist (new person) had redeemed them but not given the discount. When I tried to call about that I was routed all over the place and talked to several people who couldn't help me including someone at the local clinic who left me on hold for over 30 minutes.
