Charles did an excellent job at cleaning our carpets in our large living room/play area, stairs, hallway and bedroom as well as our area rug. We had MANY nasty pet spots from a recent visiting dog as well as our old dog having accidents and some old cat spots. The smell had gotten too much. Charles was able to come over within 2 days of me calling. He cleaned all carpets and spots thoroughly. He was very professional, punctual and thorough in his explanation of how he works. The carpet looks and more importantly, smells, brand new! I couldn't be happier. Don't get caught up on price comparison! Since Charles uses better equipment and products, comparing prices with the "big buys" is like apples and oranges. I thought his prices were very reasonable for the amount of space he covered, spots he cleaned and care he had with it all. I don't doubt for a second that it would have cost me more going with the big guys because the many things that Charles does as part of his price are all "a la cart add ons" from the other companies. Plus, they don't have the best equipment and products that Charles has. I won't use anyone else and I sure won't wait another 5 years to have them cleaned again! read more

I've never used a service that was as attentive to details as Charles and his crew. He treated my home as carefully as if it were his own. The appointment was confirmed via email, he was on time, friendly, very competitively priced and he was able to remove stains that no other professional cleaning company was able to do in the past. He also didn't charge extra for a few items he did, which I appreciated. When you have someone in your home, it's nice to feel comfortable and safe.
