I have been renting my home through "The Clear Creek Group" TCCG since 2018 and unfortunately I had…read moretried to terminate my agreement with TCCG without success. I had to hire a Lawyer to terminate the TCCG contract as a homeowner and this was a very stressful and costly experience. My family of 5 have chosen to move abroad and communicated to TCCG on Dec. 8th 2021 specifically requesting TCCG to work closely with me on this matter as we where leaving the USA. At this time it was a fluid situation subject to change with kids getting into school overseas and pet care while we are gone. Early Spring 2022 we concluded that renting our home was not going to work for our family including pet care while living abroad and this was communicated in a 2 week notice (As stated in TCCG contract) to TCCG specifically to terminate our contract. TCCG unfortunately refused to terminate the agreement and stated there was a rental for summer 2022. We where not aware of this summer rental and it was not confirmed with me. Furthermore TCCG would not let us out of this contract and then threatened us with litigation. Soon after we had to hire a lawyer. After months of litigation and moving our caretakers and pets off to another rental for the TCCG Summer rental we ended up loosing a lot of money and created a lot of stress for our family and pets. I am a web developer and travel a lot for work so my Phone is my primary source of communication. I was very clear with TCCG to work with me directly and NOT by the TCCG portal for homeowners because it is not IOS compatible. Furthermore TCCG deducted large amounts from this Summer Rental for our house not being suitable for their guest. The house has been left cleaned by professional cleaners and yard has been maintained by professional landscapers since the conception of Leasing our house in 2018 with no such deductions and issues in past rentals. In the past 2 years of renting our house the TCCG staff turnover is way to high to have good communications. For example TCCG staff was told by me in 2021 to not use specific plumbing fixtures, TCCG did not listen and cause a major flood and damages in our home. This was very costly and TCCG had the nerve to bill us for their negligence. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND as a homeowner to NOT rent or supply your home for vacation rentals via TCCG. Furthermore if you sign a contract of any sort with TCCG will not work with you even if your plans change. Also the turn over rate of TCCG staff is very high, chances are you might not know who you are speaking with next time. I would steer clear of this company as they are dishonest, disrespectful to homeowners, provide poor homeowner support, poor communications, very litigious, and unprofessional.

I booked a property they manage through Airbnb called Wind River #9 at Jacksonhole for a 10 person ski trip. They confirmed my reservation and took my money. Two months before the ski trip, when All of the other 10 person rental properties are essentially gone, they cancel my reservation. Now my friends may get their money back from Airbnb, but what about flights and reservations that we've purchased because of our plans? Forget about shaving your legs and it only held enough hot water for one person to quickly shower and this was in summer. I can't imagine staying there in winter and the place is supposed to sleep 8. What to me was much worse is that the cabin has a hot tub which we used the night we checked in and the next morning and then later that morning a crew came to clean and put chemicals in the hot tub. It had not been done after the previous people checked out and before our arrival. Detailed Review of Cabina…read more Our vacation was ruined due to the extremely poor condition of the rental property and the irresponsible attitude of Cabina. We booked a house at 4160 Grandview Rd. #5 from September 10 to September 14. Upon arrival around 7 p.m., we discovered the following: * The rooms were poorly cleaned. Dust was present on all surfaces. It was obvious that the floor had only been vacuumed along the main walking paths, while areas near the furniture were completely neglected. For example, next to the bed where we were supposed to sleep, behind the nightstand, there was a large accumulation of dirt. * Leftover trash from previous guests. On the window sills we found a wooden popsicle stick, pieces of packaging, a hair tie, and other debris. * Bedding. The pillows had clear signs of prior use. When we lifted the blanket, it was obvious that the sheets had not been changed: they had hair, stains, and an unpleasant odor. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. * Upstairs bathroom. The sink and fixtures were dirty, the mirror was covered in stains, and inside the shower we found hair left by previous guests. The entire bathroom looked neglected and had clearly not been cleaned properly for a long time. * Kitchen. The countertops were sticky, the refrigerator was filthy, and behind the drawers there was trash from earlier guests. The kitchen left a very bad impression overall. By the time we realized the true condition of the bedding (around 9 p.m.), it was too late to find and book another place for the night. Our friends (two families) who arrived a little later were forced to go to a store and buy new bedding just to make it through the night. My family included a small child. I suffer from chronic allergies to dust and mold, and after spending just one night in this house I had a serious allergic reaction. The next day, my wife, child, and I decided to move to another nearby hotel because it was simply impossible to remain in such conditions. A separate issue deserves special attention: the situation with the cleaning company. After our complaint, Cabina suggested sending cleaners. We explained that our daytime hours were fully planned with visits to the park, and that we returned home only after 6 p.m., so we could meet the cleaning crew around 7 p.m.. Instead, we received an absurd response that the cleaners could only come at midnight. This is outrageous and demonstrates complete disrespect for customers. I honestly don't know what Cabina was trying to prove with such a response--other than showing that they simply don't care about their guests' time or comfort. Later, when we contacted customer support (by Kateryna Kolha), we were told that the issue had supposedly been referred to their insurance company. However, as soon as we asked for the claim number and the name of the insurance company, communication stopped entirely, and they ignored all further messages. In the end, we were forced to move to the Sawtelle Mountain Resort, which cost us an additional $621. This hotel left a completely different impression--everything was perfect: clean, well-organized, and properly prepared for guests, exactly as it should be. We strongly do not recommend Cabina. The property was dirty and unprepared, the company failed to meet its obligations, and the customer support experience--with the ridiculous suggestion of midnight cleaning--only made matters worse. This experience ruined our vacation and destroyed any trust in this service.

The best part of our visit was a genteel raft trip down the Snake River, where you can get a whole different perspective of the park's landscape. As we floated down the river, the snow-covered mountains were visible for most of the trip -- making for some truly great photos. A group ahead of us spotted a moose, but it was gone by the time we got to where it was. It was still a very peaceful and enjoyable afternoon in the park. This national park is truly one of the most beautiful ones that I have visited.
