You'll get your own private cabin equipped with a kitchenette that's fully stocked for cooking. It has it's own patio with picnic table and a grill. You also have your own fire pit and parking spot. Inside, it is charmingly decorated with rustic western décor. The bathroom is modern and the bedroom is cozy. I absolutely loved my stay here. Apparently, moose have been known to roam around the property, but I never saw but I am sure they are around during dawn/dusk. There is also a communal hot tub. I just love the privacy. It felt like my own little home.

The moment we sat down, the kindness started immediately. I don't remember being greeted with that much of a smile that was authentic about being present, and then being proud about the food that they serve, and the specials that were offered. I think one of the things we want when we come on vacation, our great memorable experiences, and I think that's exactly what you're gonna get when you come to this wonderful restaurant. Now we haven't received the food yet, in my review so far is not about the food as much as it is about the experience, which sometimes could be more impactful than the food itself. We got two rooms, 202 and 204, both identical. Our room did smell like wet dog upon walking in but after airing it out and turning on the air it went away. Inside had the normal fridge, microwave, cups/mugs, you name it. Also had the body wash,shampoo, conditioner inside, lotion, inside that was provided to you. My only complaint was the chairs, they only had stools to sit on, and the other weird chair wasn't too sturdy. But overall, I thought this place was convenient, comfortable, and pretty good. They even give you earplugs in the room if you needed them. Seems like a lot of people are complaining about the noise and thin walls but it didn't bother me too much.

They have onsite laundry for your smelly clothes or if you want to get caught up with laundry before getting home to unpack. Let it be known that it is $10.00 PER LOAD -$5 wash/$5 dry. The walls and ceiling are incredibly thin. They do provide cute notes and ear plugs to overcome this objective. It was tolerable for us but be aware. You will hear your neighbors. Superb location. Quick walk (5-10 min) to many great spots around Jackson. Super quick walk to Pearl St Bagels. In room coffee station did not include any tea options. Overall decent room for value.

Lovely Hotel, But Transparency Matters…read more Our Junior Suite was thoughtfully designed--spacious, clean, and cozy, with a propane fireplace that gave it a warm touch. We loved having two sinks in the bathroom setup--it made mornings a breeze. The front desk team was kind and welcoming, but there were definite gaps in communication between what I booked online and what the hotel had on file. I had ordered chocolate-covered strawberries for arrival and boxed lunches for our hiking day--neither were acknowledged, and the strawberries never showed up. Also, a $35/night hotel fee popped up that was never disclosed during booking. Thankfully, it was waived due to the service issues, but it's something other guests should be aware of. Would I stay again? Yes. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay--comfortable, clean, and in a good location--but the pricing does feel a little inflated for what you actually get. Then again... that's Jackson Hole!

The showers are super clean and have body soaps. I always use my own but still a nice touch, like staying at hotel. I recommend getting a room with AC in the summer. It was so relaxing and cute. You can smell the waffles (and the sugar) as you're exiting the tram at over 10,000 feet above sea level. It's a great welcome and just intensifies the cravings to try these things out! They are definitely popular and busy. They have restrooms available, but no sinks, only hand sanitizer. The line is long, but moves fairly quickly. There's limited seating inside and outside, but there's also plenty of beautiful places to make your own little spot to sit and enjoy your waffles outside. They also have some cute merch available, which my daughters wanted some of their cute waffle socks. It's a limited menu, and they get orders out fairly quickly. We weren't super hungry at the time, so we decided to just share one waffle. We went with the Cobbler which has mixed berry compote and whipped cream. The waffle was just okay. Not sure if the scent of them overpowered the taste or if they had just been really hyped up and we were expecting more. I found the waffle to be a bit on the dry side and very crumbly. The berry compote was the best part of it. Maybe they were having an off day as I see so many great reviews and recommendations for this place. I was sad it left me a bit on the disappointed side of things.

Definitley one of our favorite hotels ever…read more First impression was very warm and inviting, the lobby is beautiful and the staff is ultra professional. Unfortuntely, we were not pleased with the room they gave us (right next to the noisy front desk, view of the parking lot), so I requested something better (it was our 30th anniversary, after all) and they obliged, which went a long way with us. And everything was a huge thumbs up from that point on! The room itself spoke strongly to our aesthetics - dark wood, cozy, cabin-like feel, but with all the amenities of an upscale apartment, including a comfortable bed with cushioned headboard, well-stocked kitchen, full-size refrigerator, pod coffee machine, WiFi, two large screen TVs. And we had a great view off the patio/deck. There was no run-down furniture or bad carpet or imperfections in the wood or curtains. Everything was pristine clean, including the outdoor chairs and table. And everything worked perfectly and intuitively - lights, plugs, fireplace, shower (with great water pressure!), stove, small kitchen appliances, and a refrigerator that was super cold when we arrived. It might seem like these are all obvious things. But we have stayed in so many hotels, some quite expensive, that had all sorts of little things that didn't work right, were dirty or worn, or were difficult to figure out. Those little annoyances added up to big disappointments. The fact that everything was functional, clean, and easy here was a fantastic relief. Side note on the room: our one complaint was the pillows. Standard "bulk buy" flat flat flat hotel pillows. This is such a ubiquitous thing (the one and only exception I've ever experienced in the US was the Lotte Towers in NYC) that I can't really let it affect my review, but I did find it a little disappointing that they don't spring for better pillows. Service was wonderful. They sent up sweets and drinks on two different nights, as anniversary gifts. The doorman happily brought up our load of luggage, with door to door service. Front desk was always helpful and friendly - the with directions and recommendations and they sent up slippers since we forgot to bring any kind of slip ons to go to the pool. In the lobby, coffee is available in the mornings, fruit and water in the afternoons, and dessert every night from 7:30 to 9:30. We spent one late afternoon at the indoor pool and jacuzzi at the spa, and then made our way up to the 4th floor hot tub with mountain views. So beautiful and relaxing. We also visited Spur, which we did not enjoy, but I reviewed them separately and do not feel that should carry over into the hotel review. No question we will come back here when we visit the Tetons again!
