Love these guys. I've been seeing Dr. Stroud for any major dental needs for approximately 5 years. Would see her for everything except for insurance. RLD is not in network with my insurance. If you want it to look good, this is the place to go. The office is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. read more

Best dentist I have ever taken my husband to. He actually likes seeing Dr Stroud! He has stage 4 cancer and Dr Jessica and her staff have been absolutely amazingly accommodating with him. A great practice for kids to adults! read more

Dr. Stroud and her team are extremely friendly and they are always up for the task at hand. Established in 2015.

Rend Lake Dental started in 2015 with no patient base and only Dr. Stroud-Martin and three employees. Since their startup, Rend Lake Dental has grown its dental family by leaps and bounds and is the premier dental care facility in southern Illinois. The office is now open six days a week, including Saturdays, and has quadrupled its staff to be able to continue giving the highest level of care to its patient base. In the future, Rend Lake Dental continues to look to not only improve its facility but expand to give Southern Illinois the dental care its people deserves......the best!

Meet the Business Owner: Jessica S.

Dr. Jessica Stroud-Martin came from humble beginnings in Waltonville, IL with the dream of becoming a dentist. After graduating from Southern Illinois Edwardsville, she worked in the are health care until in 2105 she decided to start her own business. Many "experts" say for new dentists to purchase a practice from another dentist who is retiring/moving/ect, but Dr. Stroud-Martin went against the grain and started from nothing and built Rend Lake Dental into the best facility around. Through hard work, continued yearning to know more on her craft, and genuine caring for people she has patients coming from all over Southern Illinois to see her.

Entire story: I saw Dr. Todd for a re-treatment of a root canal. Not only did he not get back to me after the procedure when I was in immense amount of pain (I had to seek another doctor to prescribe me the right kind of antibiotics) but he MISSED A CANAL in my tooth and now I have to have the procedure done ALL OVER AGAIN. When I asked his offices to email my files to my new doctor, they said they couldn't email files because he does everything on film. His equipment is outdated. I am in the process of paying for the procedure AGAIN with a different doctor because he messed up so badly. I tried to call him to talk about this issue after the fact and it took him 3 weeks to get back to me. He wouldn't discuss it for more than a few minutes before hanging up. AVOID THIS QUACK!
