When I asked his offices to email my files to my new doctor, they said they couldn't email files because he does everything on film. His equipment is outdated. I am in the process of paying for the procedure AGAIN with a different doctor because he messed up so badly. I tried to call him to talk about this issue after the fact and it took him 3 weeks to get back to me. He wouldn't discuss it for more than a few minutes before hanging up. AVOID THIS QUACK!

The staff and Dr. James Fox took on the challenge of my procrastination with great humor, had me in and out of the office several times over the next week and a half for bleaching, two fillings, and a same day porcelain bridge created in-office to replace the missing tooth. The work was completed the day before I flew to Arizona for my reunion with the best smile I've had in years. The entire office went out of their way to accommodate my procrastination and give me a beautiful result. Last week I called with a swollen jaw from a broken tooth finally bothered me enough to be seen after putting THAT off for two or three months. Again, they got me in within a few days and repaired that tooth and another that was bothering me slightly. I told Dr. Jim that he's the best dentist I've ever gone to in my 63 years. And waited. Only the one office employee and I, were there. Around 7:20am, I asked if the dentist was even in the building? No, he was not. The employee said, 'they have grandkids they help with sometimes...' I explained I would leave at 7:30am if Dr. Etcheson still had not arrived. He still had not even arrived by 7:30am. I drove an hour to the appointment to arrive on time and missed work. As I was driving back around 7:40am, the employee called & left a voicemail saying, Dr. Etcheson was there now if I wanted to come back, and that he'd just been 'a little late!' Dr. Etcheson did not get himself up and to work on time, although I drove an hour each way, only to sit there for his no-show. Even worse, he did not call himself to apologize for such poor, unprofessional behavior! Really Poor!!
