In the middle of having a dental emergency, I was moving from NH to Illinois. I went to another practice (out of desperation, they were the only dentist that could see me that day), and paid a bunch of money that I don't have to Aspen Dental. Since I had had all of my x-rays taken there, and a treatment plan, I stuck with them again in Illinois. After having a cleaning and a cavity filled, and making appointments (in January!) for the rest of the work I needed done, which according to them, was 3 fillings. Fortunately, in searching for a dentist, I came across Dr. Samadazi and began the process to become his patient. (You have to fill out paperwork, but they will send it to you). He has a great in-house "subscription" plan, where you pay $300 for the year. 2 cleanings and x-rays are included, in addition to 20% off of other services. Isn't that great? The staff at his office go out of their way. I have a brain injury, and get really confused; having trouble keeping my appointments. They called me the morning of to remind me, and then when I got lost (the GPS crapped out), I called them, and their desk person stayed on the phone with me while I navigated back to their office. I was immediately taken back, and the hygienist did my x-rays. Imagine my surprise when Dr. Samadazi told me that I didn't have any cavities! Aspen Dental told me I had 3 cavities. (I had one filled there.) Dr. Samadazi did my dental exam, cleaning, and sent me on my way. There was no high-pressure sales pitch (Aspen Dental was like dealing with a sleazy used car salesman.) Since I saved money not having to have two more cavities filled, I was able to make an appointment for something that would be preventative and save me a lot of drama & money in the next 10 years. Did I mention that I have a dental phobia? Well, no longer. It's amazing how much fear can be alleviated by communication. read more

Terrible dentist. Doesnt track insurance and over bills both parties. Recommend a treatment plan that cost me teeth. Doesnt share info with other dentists. read more

I was visitng Mt. vernon from out of town and broke my front tooth from an accident. I went to another dentist who told me i need to pay 1000 to have a crown placed on it. i ended up calling Dr. Samadzai's office to get a second opinion. He ended up putting a filling and i didnt have to pay him much since he accepts my insurance. thank you for your professionalism and being honest. read more

Dr. Samadzai and his staff were wonderful and caring. I did not have to wait more than 5 mins to be taken back and I was very amazed at the staff's professionalism and knowledge. Let me just say that I hate hate hate going to the dentist because of a bad experience i had as a child. It had been a few years since I had been to the dentist and I had no choice but to go because one of my teeth was killing me. I found this office from the yellow pages and checked out their website. I was scared to death going in and I am so glad I went to this office. The dental assistant Tarrah introduced herself and explained what she was going to do from the beggining. Then Dr. Samadzai came in and did his exam and told me I needed a root canal. He sat right infront of me and made eye to eye contact at my level. I found him to be caring and very professional. He assured me that I will change my mind about dental work when my treatment is done. He was right. He did the root canal after giving me some sedation pills and I did not feel a thing. I am a happy patient and will absolutely refer all my freinds and family. Thank you and keep up the good work. read more
