I'm a veteran and had to come in for…read morean appointment and the ride provided for me through the VA was supposed to bring me here and wait forever me. They didn't wait for me and take me home so I asked the lady at the desk if I could wait inside until a new ride could be arranged and they were so accommodating. They checked up on me a few times even offering me free hot chocolate/coffee/tea. Overall this is the medical treatment of people who care about their patients well being. Thank you to both of you.
