Dept. called me as well as Dr. Israel, Stephen F., updating me of my son's current condition and their plan to Life Flight him. This team is amazing! After he landed the Life Flight Team called me to update and to say they landed giving me the next person's name that will take over care. Again, AMAZING TEAM the Emergency Department has there. Thank you to Nurse Denise,Dr. Israel, and the many others that were involved. Don't be fooled because it's a small place, they have a BIG HEART!

So much to say Drs speak to you once a day only for a few minutes at that and a lot of people are…read moretreated inhumane and a few of the nurses shouldn't ever work in behavior health they forgot to notify my family that I was sent to a hospital took my family days to find me and they had me sign discharge papers before I got into the ambulance but then I guess his mind was changed and I wasn't allowed to leave the hospital the very hospital I begged them not to take me to!! There best employees are there security! They are the only employees other then a couple techs and one RN that actually have people skills one being a guy named alex great nurse and as far as security liz grasshopper and my favorite Hank he may have saved my life and he stayed with me every second until the ambulance arrived for me those people especially Hank are the only ones who made me feel like I was a person and that I matter in life so many people have a mental illness and the people who work in these fields have absolutely no idea how to work with them right now you can't even go outside bc of construction but bottom line in my opinion Hank you deserve an award for saving my life possibly and the rest of the security staff your awesome except the older one he's kind of a butt head lol and I thank you very much and alex great RN cristy she's great and some others I can't remember all of them but so many are rude and very rude I will never go back no matter what there or any where in sih because after being taken by ambulance in Carbondale yes I tried to leave yes I was verbally abused by nurses and yes I punched in my lower stomach/groan by a male staff member and after my seziors was left restrained with straps down not the padding and left in fecal matter and urine that happens after a sezior FYI again some people can't work with mentally ill people and I was only there for depression and anxiety I can only imagine how much worse it could be for others we need to do something about this!! SIH pretty much holds a monopoly on the medical field too so it sucks but we definitely deserve change for people who need or want help they don't deserve to be punched or strapped down with the padding up and straps on your skin the pads should be on the skin I have much more done to me too I plan on trying to get something done about this but we all need to stand together for those you know and love who have a mental illness and may need help one day you want them to be treated in a respectful manner and not punched cdale hospital is the worst well Murphy is bad too they have an older nurse who is just i have no words thanks for reading

They couldn't get us in that day after we had driven 40 minutes. They rescheduled us for 2 more weeks out and then the night before our rescheduled appointment I get a call saying my appointment had been cancelled and would not be able to be rescheduled for another month.

This dentist office is in a horrible location with almost no parking. The building is old, dingy…read moreand dirty on the outside and the inside is just as bad. If there wouldn't have been a sign on the building that said it was a dentist's office, I would have just thought it was a shack. I walked inside and was hit with a pungent odor that is similar to a dirty animal. The linoleum on the floor was peeling up around the walls, the floor and walls were dirty, the window coverings were dirty and falling apart. It was just a really REALLY gross building and I cannot believe they actually have patients. I turned around and walked right out.
