Asked about vehicle before making the trip to Rogers and was told that the vehicle I viewed online…read morewas in excellent condition. I specifically asked about door dings and scratches and was told that the car was in great condition. Upon arriving I was met and told that the vehicle was on a lift because they noticed that one of the brake drums was warped and needed replacing. Then I was taken to view the vehicle and I could not believe the amount of dents and scratches on the car. It looked like someone regularly drove it through tree branches and obviously did not take care of the car at all. It was a total waste of time and gas and the car was misrepresented beyond belief. I guess they thought I would buy something else if they could get me to come and view the car.

We were going to buy 2 cars, but have lost our business on both. We had them come pick up the 1 car that we had completed paperwork on because of their inability to provide proper service and fix the things that they had promised to fix. The day after the deal was signed and we began having problems with the vehicle, they all of the sudden decided that they had given us $3000 more on my trade in then they should have given and used the excuse that they had only used my middle inital on the paperwork when they should have used my full middle name so they were making the deal null and void so they didnt lose money. This is the most shady operated company I have ever done business with. The owner was just as shady as the employees. Being employeed in the customer service field with a fortune 500 company, I was just appalled at the level of service provided. Even though we will start car hunting all over again, I am glad to know that we now have the chance to find a dealership that is worthy of our business and who strives to treat their customers with dignity and respect.

I had a very disappointing experience at Shelby Kia while purchasing a 2025 Kia Telluride…read more Before arriving, I spoke with Mike and we agreed on a price for the vehicle. When we arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the test drive went smoothly. Afterward, Mike handed us off to Giovani to complete the process. Unfortunately, this is where the experience began to decline. The process became extremely drawn out, which was especially difficult since we had our two-week-old infant with us. Throughout the paperwork process, Giovani was unable to answer several basic questions I had about the vehicle and the purchase. After several hours, we completed the paperwork and were escorted to a separate building for financing. We then waited over two more hours. Giovani eventually came to apologize for the delay and told us they had moved another customer ahead of us because he had become "unruly." This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Because another customer did not know how to behave, they were rewarded by being prioritized, while we were left waiting with a newborn. To make matters worse, I was never told who my vehicle was financed through. I didn't learn that information until over a week later. I was also later informed that the vehicle came with two complimentary oil changes -- something no one mentioned during the entire process. While the staff was polite, the overall organization, communication, and respect for customers' time was severely lacking. This dealership completely missed the mark. I will not be returning and would caution others in the market for a vehicle to consider going elsewhere.
