They said we were given a discount because they were going to order with another client's order, but I didn't really see any "discount" because it was so much more than our first quote. The floor looked great, but they made a mess of the baseboards (big gaps, not lined up very well) & there was a big hole in the drywall that they didn't bother to mention. Thankfully I had the house painted after the flooring, & the paint guy had the drywall and baseboards repaired. I asked if it was customary to leave leftover floor boards after a job & they said yes, they would look into seeing what happened to the leftovers & call me back. Crickets, no call. I called back a couple of weeks later & was told the same thing, he would look into it & call me back. More crickets. I tried calling back & no answer, it just rang & rang. They did not leave me even 1 extra floor board! I feel that I paid for these & am not asking for a free ride, I just want what's mine in case of any mishaps. I would not be writing this if they didn't blow me off like this.

Outstanding "customer service" !…read more I was in contact with JOE for several months re: carpet for our new home. Because of scheduling, we had to make MANY phone calls back and forth (i.e. playing "phone tag"). But NONE of that deterred JOE! When I finally met him ... he had "samples" available for me ... and I chose one that day. Once again, because of scheduling, I had to CANCEL the first installation date and set another. Not to worry .... JOE was very accommodating and understanding! Carpet is installed ... and we Iove it! As others have said, "Great quality, for a great price." But the great "P.R", CUSTOMER SERVICE and "KINDNESS" of JOE is the reason I've taken the time to review, and highly recommend this business.

This photo is of the finished repair. This was a small repair but because it was custom décor in our shower we needed someone to do the repair who could replicate the pattern before the stones had come loose. Terry from A Jackson Masonry did a perfect job. He was so meticulous and conscientious in making sure the repair was done in the very best manner possible. He did the work in about 5 hours over 2 days. After completing the work on day 1 he came back on day 2 to touch up the joint work and make the job look perfect. On day 2 he was even going to remove the original joint material he used and replace it with a different material because he was concerned that it wasn't as good a material as he thought it should be. We ended up deciding on the original material rather than have him redo that part of the job. That is the level of integrity that Terry has in making sure his work is the best it can possibly be. We recommend A Jackson Masonry and thank Aaron for sending Terry to do this job for us.

Countertop Source did a good job installing my granite on my island and countertops. They removed…read moremy old countertop without breaking the backsplash so I could keep the backsplash. They provided a drawing prior so I could see what it was going to look like and I was able to make a couple of changes which was nice. The reason why I did not give an excellent rating is the new stainless steel sink they provided I noticed after they left had several scratches on it. When I called the sales Rep Braden, he said it could have been the plumber who scratched it when he hooked everything back up. No one knows for sure. But the new sink I'm not sure is as good quality as my old one as it seems to scratch more easily than my old one. Overall, they did a good job on the granite installation.

I loved the way they use a laser to measure the countertops. So easy and no mess made--the first company I tried to use was still using the old fashion way with wood pieces they piece together! Countertop Source is very up to date with their products, their methods, and their knowledge. Their showroom is amazing with lots of examples and the samples of the different countertop products. They were very timely and worked with me closely on each step and made sure things were done correctly to have me be satisfied. LOVE LOVE my countertops and Countertop Source is the reason. They had a little area where you can make drinks, but we weren't sure if that area was closed because of the pandemic so we didn't check it out. We were greeted by their front desk right away, and they asked if we needed any help. We didn't at the time and we just roamed their store looking at their tiles. They had SO many options that are unique! As we were roaming, we had someone else come up to us to help out. We can't remember her name (sorry!) but she was SO helpful!! She gave us really insightful and helpful advice for choosing a backsplash that matches our cabinets. She told us that with a quartz countertop, we should choose a backsplash color that will compliment the veining of it. Typically people will think a white backsplash will do so, but she showed us that it turns the quartz a bit yellow! She really knew her stuff!! She showed us several options of different tiles and it felt like we were at a design center designing our place. She also gave us a contact info of an installer that she recommended. Would definitely recommend her and this place!!

During our recent master bathroom remodel, we visited Contempo at the recommendation of our…read morecontractor. We were a little overwhelmed at first by the massive selection of products on display, but with the help of their designer we quickly honed in on some products we loved. Contempo has an amazing selection of tile products, in all price categories, and I love how bright and open their showroom is. My wife and I weren't sure we'd be able to find tile we both agreed on, but we came away with some samples we really loved. When took those samples home to compare them and let our contractor know our final selections. We ended up ordering all of the tile for our bathroom remodel from Contempo and have LOVED the appearance and quality of everything we purchased from them. The only disappointed we experienced is that the octagon tile we'd selected for the floor of our master bathroom shower wasn't available. When we were at Contempo, they said the product was in stock, but when our contractor went to order it, it was actually 2 months away. It was on the way from Italy or something. We ended up comprising on diamonds instead, but I wish we'd be able to use that octagon tile.
