I called from the DMV and Melissa Martin with Scott Harper insurance got me set up in RECORD TIME - she was able to send a binder and temp cards to me via email, as well as to the Larimer County DMF so that I could complete getting the new title and license plates without having to go back to the DMV. WOW! Yes, I should have done in advance, but frankly wasn't aware that I needed to. The important part to me is that Melissa answered the phone, got me squared away, and was nice and gracious on the phone. I enjoyed talking with her as well as how quickly and knowledgeably she solved my problem(s). For me, Melissa defined what good customer service is, and I'm glad to be a long term Scot Harper customer. Recommend!

A bit of context. We are buying a Condo in Ft. Collins and historically I have only ever owned single-family homes in Texas. So insuring a condo in Colorado is quite different than what I an used to so I had many questions. Brenda was very friendly and patient with me and was always available when I called. I highly recommend Scott Harper State Farm Insurance Agency based on my experience working with Brenda.

I have never experienced such an atrocious level of customer service. Over my one year with Jason,…read moreI had to call in more than 20 times due to incorrect monthly premiums. Most of those calls were left unreturned. His assistant Jeff is extremely incompetent. Never turned in a selection rejection form at the beginning of my policy, which resulted in me paying a collective total of several hundred dollars more than I should have. Jason told me he would "fight to get your money back, even if if has to come out of my OWN pocket." What a joke. The last straw was when I called in for a very simple quote on a new homeowners policy. I spoke to Jeff again. To make things even easier I sent him a comparable AllState quote so that he could match coverages. "Give me until tomorrow morning, I have a note here to give you a call first thing," Jeff said. That was over two weeks ago. Still no call. I took it upon myself to go online and switch agencies (yes State Farm gives that option) to Heidi Washburn in Windsor, whose reviews are ALL 5 stars! Do yourself a favor and choose ANY other State Farm agent other than jAsOn BuStOs.

I have been trying to adjust my auto rates for the last two weeks and I keep getting the run around. The last time I was transferred to JP as my typical guy was out of the office. After 15 minutes on the phone JP said his computer crashed and asked if he could call me back in 3 to 4 minutes. 24 hours later I'm still waiting for a return call. I will be looking elsewhere as this location seems to have taken a dive. Update - Even after I called another local agent and he relayed to them I would be leaving I still have not heard back from Ben Parsons. I called Statefarm directly and in 15 minutes accomplished what I had tried to do with this office for the last two weeks. Needlessly saying I took my business elsewhere as this place shutdown for service. It's not hard to return phone calls or at least keep pace with other Statefarm agents
