I will be looking elsewhere as this location seems to have taken a dive. Update - Even after I called another local agent and he relayed to them I would be leaving I still have not heard back from Ben Parsons. I called Statefarm directly and in 15 minutes accomplished what I had tried to do with this office for the last two weeks. They've made countless mistakes and expect the customer to cover the cost of these errors. Their communication is severely lacking and they'll hide hidden fees and policy change delays.
