Emails and calls are returned prompty without fail. The agent in Mead carried over the employees from Mike Bagley and the same problems came with them, or it was already that way there before. So I thought all State farm agents must be under the same instruction from State farm to offer terrible service. But the Sharon Younie agent is the total opposite.

Like many small business people the last thing I thought about was workers comp insurance, when I called my personal agent he did not have the ability to sale workers comp, so I gave Chris a call exactly 24 hours before my new employees were due to start. Within a couple of hours Chris had taken the time to learn about what I was needing, get me a quote, and also set up the policy so that I was covered legally. You can tell that Chris is not one of those agents that only pay lip service to customer service, but actually follows through.

First of all, Mr. Todd has been my insurance agent for nearly 6 years now. He is extremely helpful, doesn't push you into things you're not interested in, and is always willing to take time to talk to you, even when you call about 5 minutes before they close. Second of all, the rest of the staff is fantastic. They have always been very nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I have had to make a few claims over the years, and the process could not have been any easier. State Farm has gone to bat for me when I got T-Boned, and they also helped when we had a leak and some of our items were damaged. Well done. Most of those calls were left unreturned. His assistant Jeff is extremely incompetent. Never turned in a selection rejection form at the beginning of my policy, which resulted in me paying a collective total of several hundred dollars more than I should have. Jason told me he would "fight to get your money back, even if if has to come out of my OWN pocket." What a joke. The last straw was when I called in for a very simple quote on a new homeowners policy. I spoke to Jeff again. To make things even easier I sent him a comparable AllState quote so that he could match coverages. "Give me until tomorrow morning, I have a note here to give you a call first thing," Jeff said. That was over two weeks ago. Still no call. I took it upon myself to go online and switch agencies (yes State Farm gives that option) to Heidi Washburn in Windsor, whose reviews are ALL 5 stars! Do yourself a favor and choose ANY other State Farm agent other than jAsOn BuStOs.
