He is extremely helpful, doesn't push you into things you're not interested in, and is always willing to take time to talk to you, even when you call about 5 minutes before they close. Second of all, the rest of the staff is fantastic. They have always been very nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I have had to make a few claims over the years, and the process could not have been any easier. State Farm has gone to bat for me when I got T-Boned, and they also helped when we had a leak and some of our items were damaged. Well done. We went through the whole process and he gathered all the necessary information. This was a Thursday, he said he'd be out the next day but would have some quotes for me on Monday. On Tuesday I hadn't heard anything, so I called and left a message with the receptionist. By Thursday I still had not heard back so I sent an email directly to Eric. I never did hear back.

She told me that I was rude. Aghast, I said that I was just trying to make some policy changes, but she insisted on arguing and even talking over me. I told her I was done talking to her and that I wanted her boss to call me back. In the meantime, I called another agent in the area to ask if he wanted my business because I never want to have to deal with that woman again.

He called me back to follow up tastefully and ask for times that were best for me to make sure he was never a bother or over bearing. Can you walk into the office and speak with your agent. Now, there's a huge dog that charges at you at the door when you walk in. When you try to call you, have to go through a phone tree that requires them texting.You a code just to speak to a person who's not even in that office. When you express concerns about your billing, they transfer you to a dead end voicemail. I haven't had any claims and I hope I don't because you can't even speak to a real person here with a billing question.

You get what you pay for and Liberty mutual has fallen short for me. KASTL is Friendly, nice people who can accomplish nothing for me and the hailstorm that destroyed my roof... Liberty wants to patchwork repair the roof when all of my neighbors are getting complete roofs with similar damage. Be warned. Liberty mutual is not doing me a good service right now. I suggest you use KASTL but avoid LIberty Mutual.
