Like many small business people the last thing I thought about was workers comp insurance, when I called my personal agent he did not have the ability to sale workers comp, so I gave Chris a call exactly 24 hours before my new employees were due to start. Within a couple of hours Chris had taken the time to learn about what I was needing, get me a quote, and also set up the policy so that I was covered legally. You can tell that Chris is not one of those agents that only pay lip service to customer service, but actually follows through.

I found out my apartment building had been charging me for renters insurance for over 2 years even though I had it a showed them I had it. I reached out to the office to get my proof of having the insurance and things did not go as planned. I was told they can only see a year back and they will see what they can do. I called back a day or two later and got brutally shamed by this Amber for even thinking I could get something as simple as proof that I was insured!? She started by saying "Like I told you before we can not go back that far" even though she told me we will see what we can do and I will get back to you and never did get back to me. I let that one go then she started saying far more rude things to me and left me in shock. I ended my insurance plan with them do to this lady. I did speak with Jim Todd the next day and explained to him what was said and that she did an awful job in that particular situation. Jim did end up getting me the forms needed to get reimbursed by my apartment but I had a hard time getting over how she treated me.

Most of those calls were left unreturned. His assistant Jeff is extremely incompetent. Never turned in a selection rejection form at the beginning of my policy, which resulted in me paying a collective total of several hundred dollars more than I should have. Jason told me he would "fight to get your money back, even if if has to come out of my OWN pocket." What a joke. The last straw was when I called in for a very simple quote on a new homeowners policy. I spoke to Jeff again. To make things even easier I sent him a comparable AllState quote so that he could match coverages. "Give me until tomorrow morning, I have a note here to give you a call first thing," Jeff said. That was over two weeks ago. Still no call. I took it upon myself to go online and switch agencies (yes State Farm gives that option) to Heidi Washburn in Windsor, whose reviews are ALL 5 stars! Do yourself a favor and choose ANY other State Farm agent other than jAsOn BuStOs.
