Finally, I found Jeff and Square State Insurance on Yelp. He was able to find me a new policy for both home and auto, and save me nearly $100 / mo for very comparable coverage. In the current market, every little bit helps. He was also able to answer all of my questions about the new policies, and how switching would work. I found out my apartment building had been charging me for renters insurance for over 2 years even though I had it a showed them I had it. I reached out to the office to get my proof of having the insurance and things did not go as planned. I was told they can only see a year back and they will see what they can do. I called back a day or two later and got brutally shamed by this Amber for even thinking I could get something as simple as proof that I was insured!? She started by saying "Like I told you before we can not go back that far" even though she told me we will see what we can do and I will get back to you and never did get back to me. I let that one go then she started saying far more rude things to me and left me in shock. I ended my insurance plan with them do to this lady. I did speak with Jim Todd the next day and explained to him what was said and that she did an awful job in that particular situation. We went through the whole process and he gathered all the necessary information. This was a Thursday, he said he'd be out the next day but would have some quotes for me on Monday. On Tuesday I hadn't heard anything, so I called and left a message with the receptionist. By Thursday I still had not heard back so I sent an email directly to Eric. I never did hear back.
