I…read morehad tried researching a few insurers myself, but was getting sick of trying to compare everything myself and having to track all of it in a spreadsheet, etc. etc. I then tried a couple of those websites that supposedly check multiple insurers on your behalf, but I didn't have too much success. Finally, I found Jeff and Square State Insurance on Yelp. He was able to find me a new policy for both home and auto, and save me nearly $100 / mo for very comparable coverage. In the current market, every little bit helps. He was also able to answer all of my questions about the new policies, and how switching would work. I will definitely continue to use him in the future if I need to tweak my coverage again.

RUN! I would NEVER use this company again! I would give zero starts! Good reviews are from 2018…read more- 2019! Safeco had to go. I sent an email on March 2 that Safeco had to go immediately. Again, March 9 an email was sent. March 26th I hired a new broker and took care of my business. Cancellation left my houses not covered for the 31st of March - no one would provide any proof of coverage for that day. I had to call Safeco to get it. Owner advised clerk did nothing wrong??? Not True! No exception was made to take over my accounts. Prior broker did the same, no response, no answers, terminated. Our communication has always been via email. I called you when the date of cancellation left my homes not covered for 24 hours and I could not get proof that Safeco had them covered. Email from Steven not sufficient, it needed to be Safeco...I asked Steven if I have a problem (no coverage March 31) if he was going to be responsible for the damages, of course not! Safeco provided a screen shot, that was all Steven had to do, but did not. Never received any email from him. He simply defended the neglect from his clerk (March 2 and March 9) and did not care what I had to say. PROOF IS IN THE EMAILS!

Working 50-60 hours a week and dealing with my insurance company (GMAC), who's offices operate on Eastern time, which means there offices were closed everyday at 2:30, would normally be very difficult... not with Ursala having your back.! She was constantly updating me... and calling them (GMAC) to make they had no plans on forgetting about me 'the little guy'... as most insurance companies so often do... I'm very disappointed and let down by the Hajek Insurance group. My renewal came up for my 6 month…read morepolicy, which i pay in full every 6 months. They said they sent me an email requesting the payment, but I actually never received anything from them in my inbox and junk/spam mail. Instead of calling me or following up to get my payment, they did NOT do their job and collect my payment. AND HERE IS THE PROBLEM....I actually received a new insurance card saying I was valid thru March of 2022. When I called (not them call me) to discuss the payment, they told me that I no longer qualify for the 6 month payment discount. So instead of collecting an easy payment from an A+ customer, they told me i don't get to have the discounts. This left me really, really upset. Considering that I pay up front to get the best discount, I received new insurance card leading me to believe I was good, and then I called them to get the news that since they didn't do their job that I will not receive a discount?? Sooooooo..... it is annoying that I had to find a new insurance company during the week of these holidays, instead of spending time with my friends and family. It is annoying that they didn't do their job and I am not able to receive a discount UNLESS I get a new insurance company, which i ended up doing. And also this is NOT the first time that they let me down like this with my policy. NEVER once did they make renewing with them easy. So that is the purpose of this review.
