Unfortunately, our agent retired and we were transferred to Danny Barnhart. Mr. Barnhart and his assistant Daphne Walker have not been helpful. If you are looking for an advocate to help you when you need it with your insurance, this is not a good agency. If you want to feel like you can trust your agent, keep looking. Without sending any notice, they cancelled my car insurance for 2 months. I found out when I couldn't register my car on-line. I called in to Daphne and she explained that I needed to sign a form. I signed the form and my insurance was re-instated. Then, they back-charged me for the two months. This would not have happened with our old agent or another competent State Farm agent.

Although I'm super healthy, it's not easy to find a solid, affordable policy that protects me in case of a medical disaster. That's where HSA for America comes in. I have an assigned agent, Rob Tavis, who is AMAZING! He is very knowledgeable about health insurance companies, and quickly found a couple options that fit my personal situation. Whenever I had a question, Rob answered immediately, made phone calls on my behalf, and followed my policy applications every step of the way. He made sure I knew about other options, like health savings accounts, but wasn't pushy at all. In fact, he has the friendly, helpful personality that I would wish ALL customer service people had. I'm also very happy about the monthly newsletter I get from HSA for America. In one article, it told exactly where the health savings account deduction would appear on my federal tax forms. I checked, and my accountant had missed it. I amended my return and I got back more than $600 in state and federal taxes! If you need health insurance, I HIGHLY recommend you consider HSA for America as your personal experts. They know their business, and will be your partner in finding the best plan to meet your needs.

I'm a single mom who works at 6am. The behavior of the individuals in this office was disappointing and by the end of this ordeal, uncalled for. I'm not sure what happened to common decency, but it saddens me I served my country so people like this could have the freedom to treat people in such a way. I began calling for a rental car at 7:15am. After numerous calls and misinformation, I ended my day at 4pm crying on the phone in Hertz after Adrienne Gibson yelled at me, dismissed me, and left me on the line with a claims representative. Please don't utilize State Farm, especially this local agent for insurance. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. UPDATE: I didn't get a single communication from Napoleon Gibson until I left a review on Facebook.
