Have been going to this specific branch for 5 years now, since we moved up here to Loveland/Johnstown area. I lived downtown Denver for several years and was used to the main branch on 17th street, loved it there! This branch in Loveland maintains Chase high quality services and I wasn't disappointed. Always quick and easy, whatever I need, they never failed to deliver. Parking is abundant but a bit awkward, it's across the street but understandable as Loveland downtown area is quite small. I'd go out of my way to drive to this branch if I ever needed to visit Chase.

She answered every question with knowledge and a smile. After my in person visit I had a couple more questions I asked via e-mail and again, Emma was quick and efficient in her response.
