I sparked out my name & phone number very slowly about 5 times before I lost all patience with this guy. I was told my car that was towed there, that car is totaled. It will be $75 a day to keep car there. Since my insurance said it was a total loss I decided to call a car junk company to sell it to The very next day this guy Tom gives me a total price of $150; then changes his mind and says it'll be $300. He said to forgive him, it was his medication messing with him. This has to be the most dishonest person in business I ever met. I told him so & said I'll never be back.

EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY!…read more After an excellent, honest, fair and high quality auto repair experience with MPAB last year, they earned my full trust and loyalty for future business. Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. WHAT???!!! WHO DOES THIS???? What an over-the-top wonderful culture and committed to customer service exists here. What a blessing to have found this establishment. To anyone reading this, trust me...you need not shop around. MPAB will exceed your expectations as well. BRAVO!!!! to the MPAB team!!! He assured me that he'd handle everything my car needed and work directly with the insurance to make sure the damage was fully covered. When he told me to drop off my car on Monday and promised it would be ready by Wednesday, I honestly didn't believe him. But sure enough, by Wednesday morning, my car looked brand new--beautifully repaired and ready to go. George was friendly, honest, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth for me. It's rare to find that kind of customer service and integrity these days. If you're ever in need of repairs, I highly recommend this place--and make sure to ask for George. He'll take great care of you.

I was used to going to Roland's in White Plains, NY, when I was rear-ended 3 separate times but that wasn't really an option being too far from where I now live. I called my insurance and they told me Boulevard Body & Fender was covered so I decided to go there for my estimate. They have 2 locations, one in Paterson and one in Hawthorne; I went with the latter. Granted I didn't price-shop, but I felt comfortable with Jim who worked on my car. It took him less than a day to fix my car and it looks outstanding. Furthermore another employee there, Joyce, was nice enough to give me a ride to work the morning I dropped my car off. My job is in Wyckoff and had I taken a cab it probably would've cost me at least $20-$30. Totally didn't have to do that, but they did! Jim even tried to fix my hood, to get it to close, something that hasn't happened in 4 years and something he didn't have to do. At the end of the day, if you want excellent body work for your car done, and want to leave this in the hands of classy people you can trust, this is the place to go. Hopefully I won't need any future body work done but if I do, I know this is where I'm going.
