Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.

Since my insurance said it was a total loss I decided to call a car junk company to sell it to The very next day this guy Tom gives me a total price of $150; then changes his mind and says it'll be $300. He said to forgive him, it was his medication messing with him. This has to be the most dishonest person in business I ever met. I told him so & said I'll never be back.

EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY!…read more After an excellent, honest, fair and high quality auto repair experience with MPAB last year, they earned my full trust and loyalty for future business. Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. WHAT???!!! WHO DOES THIS???? What an over-the-top wonderful culture and committed to customer service exists here. What a blessing to have found this establishment. To anyone reading this, trust me...you need not shop around. MPAB will exceed your expectations as well. BRAVO!!!! to the MPAB team!!! He assured me that he'd handle everything my car needed and work directly with the insurance to make sure the damage was fully covered. When he told me to drop off my car on Monday and promised it would be ready by Wednesday, I honestly didn't believe him. But sure enough, by Wednesday morning, my car looked brand new--beautifully repaired and ready to go. George was friendly, honest, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth for me. I was used to going to Roland's in White Plains, NY, when I was rear-ended 3 separate times but that wasn't really an option being too far from where I now live. I called my insurance and they told me Boulevard Body & Fender was covered so I decided to go there for my estimate. They have 2 locations, one in Paterson and one in Hawthorne; I went with the latter. Granted I didn't price-shop, but I felt comfortable with Jim who worked on my car. It took him less than a day to fix my car and it looks outstanding. Furthermore another employee there, Joyce, was nice enough to give me a ride to work the morning I dropped my car off. My job is in Wyckoff and had I taken a cab it probably would've cost me at least $20-$30. Totally didn't have to do that, but they did! Jim even tried to fix my hood, to get it to close, something that hasn't happened in 4 years and something he didn't have to do. At the end of the day, if you want excellent body work for your car done, and want to leave this in the hands of classy people you can trust, this is the place to go. Hopefully I won't need any future body work done but if I do, I know this is where I'm going.

However once repairs started, they were completed promptly and the final product is similar to getting a car off the lot (freshly cleaned and washed).
