Love this gym. Very casual and comfortable and the locker rooms are well maintained and tidy. A great way to spend my lunch hour.

Rating: 4/5 stars (Would be 5 if not for a rocky start!)…read moreThe Gym: Great facility, excellent equipment, and a really nice location. The Bitter: I joined for weightlifting and body recomp, but my first trainer completely ignored my goals and health limitations (asthma/dysautonomia). Instead of teaching me to lift, she told me I "wasn't ready" for the squat rack and would push circuit training and resistance bands. Eventually even though i have asthma and limitations she would end up telling me to do cardio. I felt discouraged and watched HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS go down the drain. As a neurodivergent person, speaking up wasn't easy, but I finally went to the PT manager. He paired me with Jack for my remaining sessions. The Sweet: I wish I'd been paired with Jack from day one! He put me right on the dang squat rack during our first session. He actually listened, remembered my physical limitations, and tailored everything to MY goals. He is incredibly encouraging and knowledgeable. The Verdict: The gym itself is great, but the training experience is only as good as your trainer. If you want a serious, attentive coach who actually listens, do yourself a favor and sign up with Jack.

They failed to explain that after your sessions, you would automatically be charged for future ones , and they failed to cancel my membership when I asked them to in person. I'm now out almost $100 and asking for a refund has been a nightmare. Beyond disappointed in the lack of clarity, transparency, and professionalism.

As I near my one year anniversary with Track Club, I have to say this is one of the best gyms I…read morehave been to. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming me in without making ithe interaction of checking in awkward or forced. There is not a ton of equipment, but they have a large variety and I am usually able to find an easy substitute if anything is busy. The outdoor gym addition is always an option too, and they added fans and shading to make it accessible in the summer. The outdoor basketball half court is a huge plus, and they just added another water filling station upstairs. I also really enjoy the free strength and mobility classes held by Audrey on Saturdays for members. -- Go to this!!!! My flexibility has increased tremendously! They play good music and the staff has a genuine concern for the member experience, especially Audrey, Alex, and Sydney! PLUS: They bring in vendors - I have gotten a free tub of protein powder, free protein treats and smoothies, and a free stretch session! Also, most people wipe down equipment after use! I have tried the personal training with three trainers. I liked it for the most part, and definitely saw positive results. My negatives are that this is an influencer gym, and some members can take over a ton of space trying to get the perfect shot or video; I have had issues with their parking system and got an expensive ticket (the system seems to have been resolved in the last few weeks); and the water stations can sometimes be broken (member caused). With all that said I'd recommend TC in a heartbeat! I also love that this is locally owned and operated! I've tried EoS, MountainSide, Planet Fitness, YouFit, LA, True Althletic, Sports Club at City Square, and Jab in the Valley in the last 10 years. Can't speak highly enough about Track Club as the far and away favorite!

The staff member was friendly and helpful, but when I mentioned I was visiting from out of state, she told me that the pass is only for Arizona residents. This small little detail is NOWHERE to be found on their website. If I had known, I wouldn't have come in the first place. This was misleading, and I wish the website had said that it was for residents only. I already made the trip there and was in a situation so I ended up paying for the day pass. Not happy about it.

I've tried really hard to like Lifetime, but I just don't feel like it's worth the steep membership…read morecost. Childcare staff are wonderful, but aside from that, things are always broken. I get emails weekly about amenities being unavailable. The weight room is extremely crowded, and they run classes simultaneously in the morning (one on the treadmills and one on the squat racks), both BLASTING music, on top of the normal music that plays for the rest of the gym. It's insane. I can barely hear what's in my own headphones. Staff is generally friendly, but for what you pay ($500+/month for us), it's just too crowded and lacks a lot of the things a normal gym should have (turf, sleds, dedicated stretching areas, more than 10 exercise mats, more than one smith machine, etc). Seriously considering switching to The Village or just going back to Anytime Fitness, which had way better equipment.

They offer so many things here if you're a member. When I visited for the baby shower it was such a beautiful day and the rooftop bar was open. The cabanas were a vibe, staff was attentive It was a beautiful baby shower When I visited as a guest I stayed all day, got a smoothie, did a weight lifting class which I loved the instructor was so good. Music in the class made me dance while I worked out it was such a vibe. I was sore in places I haven't been sore in years after taking this class, I def want to try the yoga and Pilates class next visit. After we worked out we hit the cold plunge, sauna and hot tub. Showers were amazing as they have Kiehl's products body wash/shampoo and conditioner. They have blow dryers and endless towels Bathrooms and locker rooms were clean. It was neat they also had a spot where we dried off our swimsuit after we hit the pool.
