The store has whole areas empty. I go in every Saturday morning and they are doing remodeling and updating. You have to hunt for the items you are looking for. If you ask for help the workers are just as confused as to where everything is. Not only have they moved the products - they have redefined what product belongs where. In example, the Rice a Roni is in a different row than the Noodle Roni where they used to be together. They have also removed the fish and deli counters and replaced them with all pre-packaged products. There are no longer small sizes of the deli items like Cole slaw and potato salad. You can no longer get thicker cuts of the deli meats. Once it is all done I am hoping it will be better but with the removal of the fish and deli counters it will never be as good as it once was.

Secondly, I would like to address the customer service experience. At the time of my visit, there appeared to be insufficient staffing, with only one chef and one cashier managing a high volume of customers. As a result: - There were approximately 20 customers waiting, and service was significantly delayed (around 20 minutes or more). - Several customers ahead of me were still waiting when a customer who ordered after me received her food first, despite placing a larger order. - My order was simple (four carne asada tacos and Mexican rice), yet it took longer than expected without clear communication. Additionally, I was informed that the grill was down, which contributed to the delay. While I understand that unexpected issues can occur, this was not communicated proactively, and there was no effort made to accommodate or compensate for the inconvenience. I had requested grilled onions and grilled jalapeños, and given the delay and circumstances, it would have been a considerate gesture to provide these at no additional cost. When I was asked for my receipt, Dulce shrugged her shoulders as if she did not remember me, despite the fact that I had been there only ten minutes prior. In the past, I have overlooked similar situations because everyone has bad days; however, the lack of professional standards and poor customer service have now become a consistent issue. One supervisor, who had to remind the cashier to please have her light on, was blatantly ignored. Do better in training these workers, they are not showing a good work ethic and seem to prioritize being on their phones on company time. It would do some good to remind employees that they need to EARN their paycheck...DO BETTER!
