Terrible contractor. They have been working at the Spruce Hills Condominiums for months. These guys…read morehave no idea what they are doing. They use the lowest quality materials possible. Most of their workers are clueless day laborers. No one wears any safety gear. For months they have been dropping screws, nails, lag bolts, and other various construction debris all over the place. Even right down into residents AC units. They cover nothing before they start work. They don't even put tarps down for all the construction debris. They just throw everything on the grass. Destroyed the landscaping around the community and fixed none of it. Their terrible siding job resulted in my neighbors garage having multiple large leaks that flooded it out. Their day laborers propped up ladders right on top of the residents AC units damaging them. Every single sliding glass door they installed in my condo is screwed up. The living room is not level or square and is actually twisted on one side. The door isn't even in as far as the old one was leaving a big space between the door and carpet. They left a hug hole going into my place where the AC power wire, etc. comes into my condo. KPI does not supervise any of their day laborers. They allow them to do whatever they want. Honestly I cannot see how these clowns have ever done any quality work anywhere. Their 5 star reviews cannot be real. No one could possibly ever be happy and recommend them. KPI will be the biggest and most costliest mistake one could ever make.

KPI 2 is so unprofessional and problematic! They've been working on our condos for a few weeks now,…read moreand have had more than one problem. There was no notice when they removed our window and replaced it while leaving a mess on the inside/the patch job around the window with foam is awful. Only a generic message from our complex that the workers were starting that week, no details. I've seen workers urinating along the treeline next to the building (OUT IN THE OPEN, NOT HIDDEN) opposed to using the porta-johns provided located at another building. Our AC, that worked perfectly fine up until this, is broken - there's nails and debris inside the AC unit and had been covered by material while running. The AC technician that came out to look at it said it looked like it had been stepped on by the workers, as well as a fuse being pulled, as if the workers saw they messed up but didn't care to tell us so they covered it up. The complex will not cover this, and we can only hope KPI 2 will take responsibility for their workers mistakes. And to bring it all together, they hit a vehicle out in the parking lot where we were told to park it and were not notified until we saw it. We were told our vehicles and property were not liable IF NOT MOVED from assigned parking spots, but that we should park in guest parking. The vehicle was parked in the guest parking area, but still was damaged, because the workers just throw the materials everywhere, leaving nails, screws, and staples on the pavement and in the stairwell, probably on the grass as well. Our complex picked this company, otherwise we would have chosen someone else. Not happy with this experience!

I don't typically write these reviews, but I definitely want to jump on here and say Dale Rimmer…read morewas beyond amazing. I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

We hired Dale Rimmer Siding to replace the old wood siding on our home. We also wanted to improve…read morethe appearance with stone facing and enlarging the front porch. Several siding contractors we called said they only did siding. Dale said he had contractors that he has worked with for years that could do the stone work and build the new porch. Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

Unfortunately, the corners of the largest section have turned into water faucets that were always on. I tried my own DIY projects to get it turned off, but was unsuccessful. It was finally time to call in the pros. I found Made in America Roofing also through Yelp. They were local to me and also part of the Yelp Project Guarantee program. I was pleasantly surprised that Joe got back in touch with me within a few minutes of my initial Yelp contact. He was out to my house the same day and we discussed the project and some other roofing issues I had. He had a written estimate in my hands within two days, and the project was completed within the week. My multiple corner piece gutters are dry! He took off my gutter guards from my old gutters and put them on the new ones. We added a second downspout and you can clearly see that the pitch is correct. For my other roofing issues, Joe was able to see some possible areas where rain may have been coming in and causing a shower inside my house. He even showed me pictures he took to explain what he saw could be problematic. He caulked the areas and so far I haven't had water coming from the ceiling lights. I did not get any other quotes. The price I was given I thought was fair and reasonable. I also had a concrete patch hole in my garage fixed by Made in America Roofing. Joe had his mason guy come to do that project for $150. Joe and his helper, Vlad, completed the project in a few hours. I couldn't believe how much sludge was inside the gutters. Just shows how much they weren't pitched and draining properly. Now my gutters are doing the correct job. Communication was excellent, price was fair, and he put in the extra help for my roofing problem that he did not try to get me to do a replacement or work that was not necessary. I'm always about helping out local businesses. He's been doing roofing for over 10 years. I'd highly recommend you check out Made in America Roofing for your needs.
