110% satisfied with Erica @Frazier Group Reatly. Erica was…read moreour 3rd agent and finally happy we found her and worked with her...she is awesome!! Qualities that you need in an agent. Agent that is going to make time for you. Resourceful with additional resources i.e. alternative lenders. unbiased opinion on the location you are looking for your home and the lenders you would like to work with. Doesn't make you sign an exclusive contract I think it's important to have a comfortable, trusting relationship with your agent in order for your home purchase to be a sucess. My first introduction of Frazier Group Realty was their website that provides tons of information for homebuyers which is an extremely resourceful website. The most impressive quality for me were their credentials. They are a very educated "family" owned business and this is what prompted me to get in contact with them. When I got in contact with Erica from then on we went house hunting she was very efficient, always there for us no matter what city we wanted to look at, she made a point to work out a schedule for us to and made it happen. Any obstacles or questions we had through the process she was always able to provide additional resources to help us, if she didn't have an answer at that moment she would make a point to get that information for you. She always had answers and always called back. She never asked us to sign an exclusive contract which is always good. Met with a few of her coworkers aka relatives and they are all soo sweet and nice. Good family. Good Energy and experience...Ultimately Erica is the ideal agent . Will always use her for future purchases...

Michelle is amazing: your search for the best real estate agent ends with Michelle! I interviewed…read moremultiple real estate agents and Michelle stood out above and beyond as being the clear best! Michelle knows the market really well - she has a great pulse for what is going on, what each of the sub-neighborhoods are like, other lake/Association issues that might effect purchasing and selling, etc. Another great thing about Michelle as a buyer's agent is that she doesn't rush you into a home just so she can get a commission - I love how Michelle will point out negatives in a home that I might not notice (like deferred maintenance, water damage, etc. that I would not have noticed) because she truly is looking out for you and not just trying to quickly close a deal. Michelle truly cares about finding you the best home and will even wait months & months (or even years like she did with us!) and never complain about touring tons of homes with you until you find what is the best fit and checks all of your boxes. Michelle makes it her mission to find her clients their perfect home - and never settle! So here's the thing: I have an intense attention to detail PLUS I've had a real estate license for two-decades, so I have way high expectations when selecting a real estate agent to represent me and Michelle has exceeded all of my incredibly high expectations! I really appreciated how Michelle would photograph or video a home for me if one came on the market while I was out of town and couldn't make it up to Lake Arrowhead to view it - that is just one example of how caring she is! I also love how detail oriented & attentive Michelle is and she truly has your best interests in mind! We appreciate Michelle's experience and great judgment on if a property will be a good fit. Michelle also has studied interior design so she has a great eye for what would go well in a home you buy and for staging homes she sells. Michelle doesn't do anything less than amazing - all of her photos, marketing, pricing, everything is top notch! As a seller's agent she portrays your home in the best possible light and is really incredible at marketing. Michelle is an above and beyond agent! Even after the close of your home, Michelle has a great network of contractors that she can refer you to for maintenance or upgrades for your home. Everyone Michelle has referred me to has been top notch! Also, Michelle is just a super cool person - I enjoy spending time with her and during the process of finding us our ideal home she has become a friend! In addition to being privileged to work with the best real estate agent on the mountain, I just enjoy hanging out with Michelle! If the little details matter to you and you want an agent who you feel truly has your back & best interests in mind - then Michelle is the agent for you. We couldn't be happier with our experience because she found and secured us our dream home - and I gained a friend in the process!

We purchased a home in Lake Arrowhead this past October (2020) and Michelle was our agent. I…read morealready had a sense it was a competitive market and we couldn't afford to get into bidding wars so I knew we had to select the best agent possible to work for us. I did a lot of online research and sleuthing, a lot of the other agents in L/A seemed 'typical & vanilla', what I liked about Michelle was the way she put herself out there online, and appeared to have an excellent working knowledge of the area. We locked in Michelle immediately to begin our hunt. In a matter of weeks we saw over 20 places in Lake Arrowhead and Michelle was brutally honest at times, feelings had to be put aside as I realized that she wasn't just trying to get us into 'any' house and get us off her books, she didn't want to see us over pay or end up with something that needed more 'fixing' (hello, lipstick on a pig) than we could afford. After a number of weeks and many trips to Lake Arrowhead we found the right place for us, escrow was super smooth, Michelle and her team stayed in close contact through the entire process (much more enjoyable than our first home buying experience) We closed early. But here's the real magic with Michelle, she gave us SO MUCH intel on Lake Arrowhead, the pro's the con's and the how's and the when's on how to thrive and survive in Lake Arrowhead. We have friends that moved here 18-month before us and my Wife (Janeva) and I are informing them on things about Lake Arrowhead, on top of that we had new neighbors move in recently near us as a snow storm hit, and they were completely unprepared, their agent gave them no intel at all on the area. Michelle not only helped us secure our home that we absolutely love, but she gave us a head start to mountain living that has us years ahead of others. If you're serious about wanting to buy OR sell a property in Lake Arrowhead you would be a fool to not use Michelle, you will need to be realistic though as she'll most certainly be real with you. Thanks Michelle - th

Cristina Caministeanu of Redlands CA deserves every bit of praise and recognition she receives…read more Throughout my life, I've had the privilege of seeing outstanding examples of success rooted in one core trait: exceptional communication. My grandfather built a highly respected career through hard work and prompt communication. My father did the same, with integrity and responsiveness as pillars of his success. My father-in-law has always said that "simply answering the phone the first time" was one of the biggest reasons he became so successful in his own field. That's why Cristina stood out to me immediately. I filled out her inquiry form later in the evening, and I'm not exaggerating when I say she called me back the very next minute. From that first interaction, her professionalism, responsiveness, and urgency were obvious. Any realtor who communicates at that level is someone who can get things done--and Cristina is a shining example of that. My wife and I came in as first-time homebuyers. We had already found a home we loved on our own, but we needed guidance, strategy, and the expertise of a truly great real estate agent to help us move quickly and intelligently. Cristina was exactly that and more. We were essentially starting from zero and moving fast--almost spur of the moment--because we found a home that checked nearly every box on our list and wanted to submit a competitive but reasonable offer as soon as possible. Cristina stepped in and made it happen. Through her strong network of top-tier professionals (who were clearly excellent at what they do as well), she helped us navigate the process at the best possible rate and overall cost for our situation. She walked us through each step, made sure we understood the comps, helped us structure a strong and fair offer, and ultimately helped us get under contract. Most importantly, she never pressured us to go beyond our comfort zone. Everything was handled with speed, professionalism, and genuine care. From there, Cristina's communication remained exceptional throughout the entire transaction. She coordinated seamlessly with our loan officer, the seller's agent, the sellers, inspectors, and everyone involved, while always keeping us informed. She answered every question we had clearly, professionally, and with real expertise. As first-time buyers, that level of support meant everything. What stood out even more was how well she truly represented us. Cristina consistently showed that she had our best interests at heart. She advocated for us in ways we didn't even realize we needed at the time--pointing out important details and encouraging us to push for things that genuinely benefited us. Her eye for detail, experience, and willingness to protect her clients made a huge difference. Buying your first home can be stressful and overwhelming, but Cristina made it feel smooth, organized, and as stress-free as possible. Her professionalism, top-tier communication, strong connections, and deep knowledge turned what could have been an anxious experience into one where we felt confident and taken care of every step of the way. I truly cannot recommend her enough. As first-time homebuyers, we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Cristina represent us. She is truly a gem--an outstanding realtor and an even better person. We are so grateful for her help in purchasing our first home, and we cannot thank her enough for making the process so smooth and successful. Top-tier realtor. Top-tier person. Highly, highly recommended.

From high turnover, to working with so many different people, to bad communication etc. This was just scratching the surface. The year working with them was HORRIBLE. I even reached out to their manager and left a message to talk through some concerns. I politely asked for 15-20 min of his time on a call. Days and weeks later, I never got a call back. There were multiple mistakes on our listings we had to point out, no ownership of mistakes but rather people getting on defensive, pointing the finger back, no proper annual inspections (no reports at all), lack of management support or completely ineffective management support. Derek Lowe (Manager) only came in at the very end to escalate the situation rather than make it better. The company also lacks integrity. They kept referencing a valid Property Management Agreement that did not exist. I honestly don't understand why management and ownership were copied on so many emails in the past 3 years; they never actually helped with anything, ever. Jan the owner never reached out once. They just like to collect their 7% a month but do nothing to maintain a strong relationship with their customers. If I could give Hudson Property Management 0 stars, I would.
