Holly was extremely rough and aggressive with the nail file and after I let her know that she had injured my finger and that it was bleeding, she placed a cotton ball on it and wanted me to go ahead and soak my nails in acetone to which I declined. Holly did not apologize, she just smiled and was speaking to the other nail technicians in her native language and continued on to her next task. This is the second incident at this nail salon. The owner was very apologetic when I told her about the incident. The salon is very clean, is located in great location, and Cindy and Kevin have done a phenomenal job on my nails in the past and on my visit today. However, this is the second incident where I have been injured while the nail technicians are either super aggressive or talking to each other and not paying attention while operating the electrical equipment as it happened in my other incident. If you do get your nails done here, and you do not want to be injured, I definitely recommend requesting for Kevin or Cindy. I definitely do not recommend Holly or the technician that has a cute bob. She was the one that injured my thumb with the electrical nail file.

Reading the room, and having worked 10 years in a 6 MD office i was meant to be entertainment for what i was dealing with. I chose differently. The young PA rolled up to my face, no instrument in hand as her dictated notes stated and told me i had Rosacea. I thanked her for her time and when asked if i wanted a prescription, I declined, preferring to have my prescription through my primary care, the health care there I respected and wanting no further dealing with this Burleson office. I returned a week later for all my records...and saw that Nothing dictated actually took place. There was No DERMASCOPE USED, NO COUNSELING. My visit lasted 4 minutes at most. The attitude from the young Trio was unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never refer anyone to this practice. I notified my insurance and called the office manager. Silence will not bring improvements. This visit was not in keeping with the professionalism of Dr Jeanine Hoang.

I immediately noticed the bruising, but the technician had already moved on to another client and was unavailable to speak with me. Before I left, the front desk contacted her supervisor, who reportedly said that the bruising was "normal and okay." I was never offered an apology, refund, or any other resolution, only that they would not assign that technician to me again. I have had microdermabrasion facials dozens of times at other spas and have never experienced anything like this. I was told to expect some redness that would subside within a few hours, but there was no mention of the extensive bruising already on my face before leaving the treatment room. Four days later, I am still visibly bruised, and the discoloration is significant enough that even multiple layers of makeup do not cover it. The massages I received through my membership were generally decent, and everyone I personally interacted with was friendly. Decided to take my niece here to get her nails painted for her 5th birthday. Upon walking in, there were 3-4 nail techs (going off my assumptions here) who weren't automatically "thrilled" with the low-commission $10-polish service & apparently did not want to take it so they volun-TOLD the nail tech named "mom/mama". I know there's a language barrier so there weren't many words exchanged however she was super nice. She sang happy birthday for my niece & she did an amazing job on her nails. My niece was cheesing the whole entire time. Since she wasn't hesitant about polishing my niece like the other techs, she did an amazing job & she was so sweet & gentle with my niece, I wanted to show her my appreciation and gratitude by tipping her $20. Now they didn't have changed for a $100, I ended up using my credit card & wasn't able to tip so me and mom/mama went next door to get changed. As we were walking back, she embraced me with a warm hug & happy tears!!! Her kindness towards myself & niece will forever be embedded in my heart! This was a moment I will forever remember for the rest of my life. I hope I will be able to visit mom/mama again. She's just so sweet!
