I went for a breast augmentation and decided to go out of state, I live in California. I researched for over two years both domestic and international options before I "happened" upon Dr. Max and his practice through Realself.com. After contacting several DR's from the site, MP Plastic Surgery was the most welcoming of my situation. I communicated via email throughout the entire planning process and was not disappointed upon meeting everyone. Dr. Max is very personable and compassionate. I would trust him and his staff for any future surgery needs. Thank you to everyone for a great experience. I look forward to follow-ups and realizing my final results.

I was very surprised when I tried to schedule myself for Juvederm injections recently…read more 9 and 10 years ago I received Juvederm injections at Dr. Anderson's spa and it went perfectly. 2 years ago I went in for Juvederm injections and had a bad reaction. The nurse asked what other medications I recently had and I told her I had a Physer covid booster 2 days prior. She quickly got an antidote to neutralize the reaction. She was apologetic for someone not telling me to avoid certain medications before getting Juvederm injections. She treated me very well, apologized and gave me ice pads for my face. And I felt it was my fault for getting the covid booster before the Juviderm. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was very surprised. It was very ugly. It was surly a bad reaction. I texted the spa and told them that my face was very ugly. Now, fast forward to present day: I made the appointment on November 19th. Then I received a call from a woman who said that I could not return to the spa at all for anything because of the way I acted after the Juvederm reaction 2 years ago. She continued to accuse me of many things. She told me that, at that time, she tried to call me back to the spa, and I wouldn't come. (I don't remember this) She said, that I told her to stop harassing me. I believe this as a lie. I would never say that because she was nice to me at the time. I remember the nurse was not mad at me 2 years ago, nor was I mad at her or upset at anyone. It was a continual verbal abuse on the phone and a very big surprise. I don't know why she would make these accusations at this time. Possible she thought that the same Juvederm reaction would take place if I had it done, and it would embarrass her or the spa?? Or, she didn't like me texting the spa to tell how I saw my face? I don't know. My wife and I spent well over $45,000 on plastic surgery and some on Juvederm from Doctor Anderson during the last 20 years and everything was great with high quality, perfect surgeries. Why am I treated this way now? This above is the absolute truth. I am a Christian and it would be very difficult for me to lie.

He laughs and has no regard when you have an actual concern over his wrong doings that he admits that he screwed up. I asked other doctors if they would consider the plans this doctor had for me to fix his mistakes and they said that he was outrageous and unsafe. Please go to someone else, do not consider even a consultation. He has multiple complaints from the Texas Medical Board. Please do not send your loved ones here. Please, please don't do it!

I went to an examination with Dr. Strock and was floored with all the information and details I received. All that to say, I cancelled the surgery with the other office and had Dr. Strock perform my surgery. I must say it was one of my best decisions. A few weeks later, I noticed an additional $39 charge on my account. When I called to ask about it, the staff told me they charged us for an extra session because they claimed we used 11 instead of 10. I explained that I only purchased 10 sessions and did not authorize any additional charges. They said the manager would call me back to issue a refund, but I never heard from anyone again. It's disappointing that a business would charge a customer's card without clear consent and then fail to follow up. I do not recommend this location. Be cautious if you give them your credit card information -- it feels like they can just charge you and later claim it was authorized.
