I refused the $3K upsell they were pushing! I asked them to schedule an appt for laser to remove fine lines and even skin tone. It's been months now return phone call! I just want my money back!!! She is very personable and has a quiet passion for beauty and aesthetics. I had not planned on getting neurotoxins today but her approach immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence in her knowledge and ability! We spent 20 minutes discussing the pros and cons of different products and she thoroughly answered my questions and offered answers for my concerns. She was careful and gentle when injecting. No bruising that I can see. She suggested a certain number of units and it was almost the exact same number as my previous injector. That told me she has integrity and I can trust her to address my wants and needs versus her desire to "sell" me more than I felt I needed. She was very forthcoming about what she uses which was refreshing! Honesty and integrity! She also scheduled a follow up for 14 days to see how I do. In the 15 years I have been getting various procedures done, not one dermatologist, or injector has ever done that! Can I just say in I will be recommending her to everyone I know! I can't wait to see the full results over the next few days!
